The futility is not in trying to leave a legacy. The futility is in the game. Most miserable wealthy (rich?) people are not even trying to leave a legacy. They are simply caught up in the game. Here, Naval uses the wrong word -game- although he tries to qualify it by calling it "fun game". The correct work is "play". If you can "play" you are good. If your "play" produces a legacy, let it.
A fatal contradiction here. You say buying material things will not lead to happiness but "Buying experiences" will ultimately lead to happiness. Experiences ARE material things. Buying them cannot lead to happiness.
A dissapointing rendition of Naval. You define "being rich" as differrent from "being wealthy" and then proceed to use the terms interchageably, leaving the listener confused about what Naval is saying.
