What a cute lil town. The bike with flowers is so typical Dutch. We love riding bikes and I mean we are known for our flowers . Everything in that patisserie and candy store looks very yummie . I once again enjoyed your vid.
Very nice walk, loved looking at the shops & cafes. Bowral looks a nice place. Bridgerton must have been very popular in Australia, the Press Shop made a big effort & the coffee looked good too.
Good evening HW! Looks like a great town for a day out! Sue and I love towns like that. With those prices at the antique shop, I wonder how many sales they have. I think the 2K standing globe bar would go great in your house LOL. Nice looking sweet treats! See you around!
Hello from your friends in Naples, Florida. That was awesome. We enjoyed the sights, sounds and scenery. A lot of nice shops there. Thanks for sharing the amazing views with us, have a great weekend 👍 💯 ❤
Hi HW Thank you for a wonderful video. Love the shops with the antiques and the vinyls (records) I do love my records! The antique shed was similar to a scene in Bless this house film, where Sid James wife was renting a stall inside. It was nice to see a slower pace of life in Australia. Enjoy the rest of the weekend 🙏🇦🇺🍰
It was good to be down in the Highlands again. Haven’t been down there for ages. Thanks for watching. 🙏 PS: Haven’t seen any reruns of those old English shows for a while either.
The only thing i heard about Bowral that ive heard for years that theyre most famous for is Tulip 🌷 time in September and Early October! Here in Canada 🇨🇦 they have a festival in May for our Tulips 🌷!
You’re right there is a tulip festival each year. For most Australians Bowral is the town our most famous cricket player Don Bradman grew up. A cricket ground and museum sits there in his honour. The other thing it’s known for is holding holiday houses for Sydney’s wealthy.

Thanks Brenda. 🙏
Bowral looks like a nice town, the cake shop would be worth the trip alone!
It is. I could have easily sampled everything on the menu. Delicious.
Sounds like an enjoyable day out. I hope you return and film the Tulip Festival.
Thanks for watching. Yeh maybe do the flowers up in the mountains one day too.

Yeh I think the show did quite well in Oz. Thanks for watching. 🙏

Haha that globe bar not big enough to hold my booze. Thanks for watching.

I found a copy of Bless this house, the complete series in CEX, fairly priced. HMV are putting classic films and series on Dvd.
@@carollizzi6494 I’m sure there are probably some on TH-cam too.
Gumnut is well worth trip.
Believe me I live in Bowral and their pies and cakes are renowned.
Their saying is “ life is short, eat dessert first “
Yeh it was a cracker. I do like a good patisserie/bakery. Thanks for watching.
Like 22 👍 💯 ❤

@hwtours that town has a lot of history and fame 🤩😲🙌 . I see the Fall 🍂 colors are progressing nicely there too !
@@kellygunner7625 Yeh my favourite shot was up at the lookout. All the season colours on display.
Two things i didn't expect: a regency period tv series celebrated in rural NSW, and kumquat alcohol. Why do I think the second is more reasonable?
I know right. But I tell ya what. The bakery and coffee was worth the trip.
