it is so easy to accuse. the problem with so-called "police probes" and "news exposés" in korea is that it automatically associates the accused with being guilty. a whiff of scandal seems to be maliciously intended to destroy a person's reputation. whatever happened to the legal presumption of innocent until proven guilty? it seems in korea, the accused is first deemed guilty until he proves himself innocent. where is the justice in that?

On what charge/s were they arrested on? Drug possession? So what you are saying is if I go to the club this weekend in my town, I will be arrested for being in the club where tons of people do drugs? I can get arrested even if I'm not in possession of drugs in a club in Korea?

I have experienced it with a friend of mine it's like a different plane of existence where you know people and they know you and you get special treatment and what not. If he was there and he knows people in that place. The manager and the supplier then he's guilty otherwise he wouldn't associate himself with them.

Ppl even do it openly in the editing/sound studios. But just bcos I go to clubs and work or associate with ppl who consume drugs, doesn't mean you will find me in possession of drugs. You can't arrest me for working with or going to clubs where drugs are present, or where ppl consume drugs. Nor can you label me a drug user either bcos I've never touched a drug in my life.
