Drink lots of water during the flight to keep hydrated. If you are an adult then avoid liquor during flight.
Not sure how long is your flight, but stay hydrated...this will help you a lot.

After getting off the plane and retrieving your luggage from the baggage claim, is there a way to get back to the main terminal? Or are you not allowed to go back in?
You will be at main terminal when you retrieve your luggage at baggage claim at arrival level. If you want to go to departure level then just follow signs to Ticketing and Check-in from Arrival hall. OR ask the Information desk in Arrival hall.

You shouldn't have to retrieve your bags if you have a layover in MCO. (At least with Delta, they will transfer your bags to the new plane for you. You should never have to leave the terminal.)

Cause you are walking from security area. They are there so someone doesn't walk in the "safe/ clean" area of an airport.
My gate is Airside 1(jetblue) can I walk to main terminal without any issues? Or, will I have to go through security ect?
If you walk out of secured area then you will have to go through security check again to reach your terminal gate. Exit is like one way street at main-terminal once you get off terminal connector Air-train and head towards the arrival hall. Hope this helps!
In the case that someone is coming to pick me up from the Orlando MCA airport where is the main terminal to wait for him?
Baggage Claim belt area for your arrived flight (domestic) will be good place to wait and meet you.

If I’m flying with Virgin Atlantic to MCO and I have a connecting flight with delta airlines to Atl do I need to retrieve my luggage and check it in again or do I just go to passport control when I get off the flight and go straight to my gate

Yes, most major Rental car companies in Florida offer the E-PASS option in Car to pay toll electronically using Credit Card.
Check with your Rental Car company before you leave Orlando airport.

Is ground transportation free when you move in all the airport? Or you need to paid?
Inside Orlando Airport transport (in the secured area) like People Mover train (or ATS) connecting main Ticketing building to the Terminals/Gates is always free. Hope this answers your question.

Can I get from terminal B to terminal A by walking?
Yes, you can go from Section/Sides A to B (Departure, Ticketing and Arrival hall area ) walking as it is connecting by common area.
However you can't walk between these Sections (A & B) and any gates area (1,2 ,3 & 4) as they are connected by trains only.

Here is my tip for MCO. When arriving to the airport, plan accordingly. Depending on which direct you come from you may get stuck in traffic on I4. I've missed a flight because of traffic. Also I've only been to a handful of airports (TPA, MCO, ATL, MEM) and this IMO is the busiest with TSA check points. It's always taken me longer to get through TSA here, but it's not drastic if it's early. (Though do plan an extra 10 minutes if you are parking in economy since you have to take a shuttle bus from it to the terminal.)

Is there a Universal Studios bus 🚎?
No, not that we know of from Orlando Airport. Take a paid shuttle or cab.
If you are staying at Hotel in Orlando then check with them to see if they have a free shuttle.

Did I hear you say taxis are more convenient to get than ride share?
Can anyone who works at this airport answer something? Does Universal Studios have a departure gate for its shuttle service to the hotels such as Aventura or Sapphire Falls? I plan to book a shuttle to get to the hotel but their customer service people can't tell me where I'm supposed to go find the shuttle!
Since no one answered this...we suggest checking at the Information desk in the arrival hall or just go to Shuttle bus service area.
All Airport hotels, Disney, and other resorts shuttle buses comes to same area for pickup as shown in this video.

When I get off the plane do I need to use this train to get to immigration? First time flying , from Amsterdam to MCO , no idea where or how to go when landed
International Arrivals will clear Immigration and Custom first at MCO. Then you will take Train (People Mover) to main terminal (Main Arrival Hall). Hope this helps! Happy Travels!

Great video! Do you happen to know if you need to go through security to get to the car rental area (alamo) from outside the airport. I'll be arriving at 10pm and will have to pay for that full day so we're looking to pick the car up the following morning. Thanks!
No, Rental Car Place at Orlando Airport (like most Airports) is outside the Secured area open to all Public. You can easily access the Rental Car (Alamo) place without going through security again.

when is an international fly, after inmigration area, what I have to do, I will take connection to Miami Airport?
Hope you got a chance to watch this Orlando Airport Video. It explains about transit and connecting flights for international arrivals from 2:20 - 2:40 (Min:Sec) in the video.
After clearing Immigration and Customs drop your Checked bags at transfer belt for your connecting flight. Then follow connecting flights sign, go through security, go at the Automated Train (terminal connector) level, depending on your terminal and gate either walk (if it is same terminal where you arrive) or take a Automated train to your terminal and walk to the gate to catch your next Miami flight.
If you have questions then ask Airport or Security staff at the Orlando Airport.
Orlando Airport is small and easy to navigate as compare to big Miami or Atlanta or JFK airport.
