We have made a 7 Channel Power Amplifier for AVR. It supports High Level Input. So which AVR has no pre outputs, This amplifier can be attached with them. It has very good Sound quality, very low distortion and good stability.

Love the bus bar design for power connection, superb, two suggestions I have based on my amp, fan on-off based on temperature so that we don't have fan sound when amp is amplifying, 5V out using USB port to power external DAC or Bluetooth modules etc.

In future you may design a 5.1 channel amplifier (100 W RMS each to 4 channels, 200 W RMS to centre channel & 300 W RMS to sub woofer) with pre amp section, BT board & speaker protection and also with input option as HDMI, optical, AUX, USB, RCA & bluetooth with remote control.
HDMI & Optical inputs are necessary to connect with TV.
A good model with above specifications have much demand in Andhra Pradesh.

Nice video. Fine and smart assembly. But two basic problems are there:
1> Your subwoofer and centre channels are not superior in wattage to other channel. There will be low voice from centre and low bass from subwoofer. I'd suggest 4x power for subwoofer and 2x power for centre than each of satellite. For example 400W for sub 200w for centre 100w for each of the other channels.
2> 2SC5200 / 2SA1943 are suggested by manufacturer for use in continuous 100W per transistor and 150W is max power for one transistor. You never want to run a transistor at it's maximum power, otherwise it may die.
1 - there is no subwoofer channel in the amp ( all are satellite channels ) but you can use any 1 channel for subwoofer if you want. Also we made 1000W Sub amplifier with this amp.
2 - customer will run centre channel at high volume and other at low to maintain levels. Believe me 150W rms is too much power.
Also we used 2 pairs ( 4 transistor in each channel ) to get 150W rms. That's very safe. Also we are using low voltage.
@@indianxtremeaudio 1. You can use bigger cabinet to allocate the subwoofer amplifier inside the same cabinet along with a separate higher voltage transformer for the sub amp. It will be a complete setup. When I make home theater I use separate cabinet for power supply units. I use aviation connectors for DC input so that nobody by mistake swaps polarity or gives lower voltage to sub and higher voltage to satellite amps. You can also remove 1 satellite board and make it 6 satellite so that customer can use 2 satellites for 2 center channel. I give 2 channel to center so that people can use same speaker for center as they use in satellites in a 5.1 configuration. If two center channels are used one thing to remember that the two center channel speakers are not too far apart or else sound cancellation will be high.
2. My mistake I thought every board is stereo board for 2 channels each. Now I looked again and saw 7 individual boards. Yes it is very safe. Good 👍.
