Every Province and Territory have their own set of rules. It should be universal across Canada, but it is not. Checking the Hub for leaks on the front, does not mean it meets the criteria in Ontario. No one that I have seen checks the inside or back of the outer wall there for leaks. Nor does the particular state to check the level of the fluid in the Hub Site Glass. otherwise it is pretty through and good inspection.
