Is there a grocery store out there? A Walmart? But they want to put poison and debris in the community.

That's what they do, our communities get companies like this in our neighborhoods, but won't put decent stores or respectable paying jobs for our people to have.

There is no zoning in Houston but residents do get a say if they are active. There will be no gentrification in that area. They dont want to live next to plants either.

Phil's job, like Willie D, is to keep you informed as to what's going on in the world with black people because black people are everywhere, not just in America. An attack on black here or there is an attack on all blacks. Why? If they'll do it to blacks there, they'll do it here, and vice versa.

That's the same thing that happen in my city Birmingham, AL but them folks outta West End was like hell no not over here even though the concrete company already had land over there but they end up going to the rural area and the wildest thing is my dad just retired from that company as the owner of the trucks and fleet manager.

They did this on Wayside and Lay Rd. They’re set up on both sides of that street!!! Horrible conditions. The streets on Wayside are constantly torn up by Semi trucks. I also worry about my parents that live over there. But I sorry to say this but those sites started with Hispanics buying up the land and using it first to as a place to park rigs and dump trucks....then those concrete businesses appeared. I wouldn’t lie about this fact because it serves no purpose to lie. I saw this happening. And it’s happening all of over Settegast NE Houston.Wayside. Just putting it out there. And no, I’m not racist either. Willie, I know you’re mad about this topic but I don’t see anything like this is going to change. They’re here and it’s too late and in Houston if it can fit on your land well ...there you go especially if you’re in a black and Hispanic area. Try to see if you can change the no zoning laws. It might help.😐☹️☹️
