Pack much before that, atleast around 32 weeks, because u can never predict if ul get premature contractions or any other complications, not to scare anyone , but it's practical and happens in some pregancies . Hope for the best , but prepare for the worst

Do you recommend disposable panties? Would we need baby lotion, powder etc etc in the first days itself? So u recommend ready to use swaddle blanket or a muslin cloth?
