Coconut oil is the best for rashes. And please ensure a FEEDING PILLOW, EXTRA PILLOWS FOR SITTING AND FEEDING MIGHT BE REQUIRED TO REST YOUR ARMS and all. I had needed them.
Bacha please socks 🧦 or head cover zaroor dalna, I know you all might say ki itni garmi mein ,but 40 days tak apni body ko jitna cover or protect karoge utna apki body fit rahegi lifelong aur body aches nahi hoti.
Also carry a hot water bag if you have periods cramp..even if you don't have you never know....a scarf or cotton dupatta to cover head after delivery... because after delivery your body nerves open up so its important to cover up properly.
Take slippers for urself, essential lavender oil was so useful to me as it really healed my stitches quickly , 2 drops on the pad and worked like magic . Also research about the breast pump if u intend to breastfeed.. as sometimes the milk flow is unpredictable for the first few days ..and finally good luck 👍
@@juhitiwari9806 i would suggest go for a good one.. I don't exactly remember which company as its been over 12 yrs now .. but remember that it was v helpful in healing
I have delivered 2yrs ago in London and I would suggest please carry atleast 1 pillow. It would be helpful during labour. Hospital pillow was not comfortable. During labour mid wife gave me squash( energy drink). Carry snacks for your husband as well. Mamia nappies from Lidl are best, recommended by my midwife. In UK we get water Wipes for babies. Also here they suggest to use Cellular blankets for baby..this is for safety reason. Carry comfortable footwear for bathroom visits at hospital. You will need more snacks/food after delivery, in case you stay there for longer. British dinner time is 5-6pm. They didn't serve anything after that. Exclusive breastfeeding makes you hungry 😁😁 Nipple cream is going to be really helpful in the beginning. Best wishes, you are going to be an amazing mumma 🎊👍
All things are almost sorted .. many things are same for us .. all the best n don’t worry NHS maternity care is jus awesome u won’t have any troubles .. jus an addition for feeding bottles .. as such if needed they provide u formula from there only
Wish you all the best for the life changing part super excited take a cotton stole and a pair of cotton socks n cotton night suit after delivery it will help plus take zeera water for 40 days after delivery it will help you Baki auntyji n muma ko apki sab pata hoga also take hand cream along with you .❤❤❤
Me apna personal experience bta rhi hu mere nipple creks ho gye the kisi ne mujhe btaya ni tha esa hota h aap abhi se ye cream lga lo nipple soft ho jayege brestfeed k time nipples soft rhege problem ni aayegi
Urvashi you should also add a pair of slippers or comfy shoes for yourself and baby's toiletries including baby shampoo, baby bath, lotion, rash cream, Vaseline, cologne, etc.
pamper premium are the best ....just keep away baby from chemicals as far as possible during first 6 months.......please sit and do.videos ....best wishes from India
Good luck Urvashi. Hope you have a smooth delivery experience and have a healthy baby 🥰. Just be brave and you will be fine. Remember to keep breathing while you are in labour. It ll help with contractions
Dear Urvashi U have indeed made a Mindful video.. In fact ur videos r much Appreciated ❤ Luv u u, Bhanu, ur Mom in law, Dad in law n Adorable Meena Aunty 💓 More luv to the little baby ready to see this beautiful World outside 🍀
Heat pack for back pain and cold ice pack a must required. I see women in video focus on clothes what to wear on hospitals and coming home instead of focusiing on basic necessity. Like slipper and socks for women. You dont start producing milk rightawqy after birth so no need of nipple pada. Its better to carry breast pump specially in first delivery. List of essentials is really big.
Good luck Urvashi! You are very organized. I would recommend using as few store-bought products as possible for nipple care and baby cleaning. When you get home, the best is to wash baby's bottom with warm water. Wipes often have alcohol/other chemicals in them and it is easy to avoid them completely at home but they are definitely useful when you are traveling. Coconut oil is great for moisturizing for mom (nipples) and baby (bottom).
One item that you could definitely consider taking is the homeopathic remedy - Arnica 200. Read about it for childbirth/post-partum. I have recommended it to friends and taken it myself after all kinds of dental surgeries, major surgeries, bruises, injuries and it works wonders. Often when doctors have recommended a high dosage of painkillers after a procedure, I have been able to totally avoid the medicines and pain just by taking Arnica. No side effects.
@@zabadaakhter2643 In an acute phase, take 5 pills of Arnica 200 every 2 hours. Later when you are better, take Arnica 3 to 4 times a day. And stop when you are feeling better. Do not eat or drink 15 minutes before or after.
Good luck mam.. just dont exhaust yourself and enjoy these last days till you hold the lil wonder in your hands.. also get a very good sleep coz labour and delivery exhaust you alot.. please keep a small baby pillow.. also keep breast pump nd bottles handy coz first day of feeding child is lil bit struggle!! Lots of love nd good wishes for amazing nd crazy life ahead!! ❤️❤️
