We have to admit that power scaling in one punch man is made really well. It is explained easily and every monster and hero has its own limits adjusted to power he, she, it has. The only exception is of course the main character who breaks every power. Truly brilliant and genius story!

I actually think Garou was slightly faster at that point too honestly, we saw he could counter Saitama's attacks, and while Saitama wasn't trying to kill him like he was with Boros, I still think he's slightly faster than Boros.

Nah i think as soon as boros activates metoric burst its the end for garou since each of boros's attacks melted off parts of his spaceship and his spaceship was strong enough to not break when saitama landed on it from the moon and boros has superior regeneration and speed since saitama didn't compliment anybodys speed and power as much as boros

What I feel some people completely forget when powerscaling OPM monsters is that a lot of them, if given the chance, would've been able to destroy Earth with ease, it's just that their purposes don't align with doing that
I believe Vaccineman and Homeless emperor could blast Earth away, but fo the first, his whole goal is defending the Earth, and the second would die from his own attack

Your examples are wrong. Vaccine Man is not that powerful and would only be a mid-dragon at best. Homeless Emperor is also unable to create energy balls large enough to damage the Earth significantly. A better comparison would be Orochi with his Gaia Cannon bending continents, Psykorochi slicing off a piece of the Earth, and Boros who was ranked high dragon even though we do know he could destroy the Earth.

They should be by the actual definition of disaster level God, but One and Murata say they are only Above Dragon, they are probably saving the actual God level disaster rating for God himself, but those three are very clearly God level threat power wise.
