GREAT VIDEO
What do you consider the best place to find an apartment in Rome as an American before you move? I’m nervous about scammers or bad roommates
Kenya congratulations for Italian. Your voice Is more smooth, sweet and feminine than your tone when you speak English. God bless you
Great video ❤ the concept ... For the more expensive price points you mentioned $1700+ do these Apts stay fairly occupied, demand is still great even at this price ? And can you have / are the Apts around the center of Rome capable of washer / dryer ? So many questions 😂. Ill wait for your Live session 😂😂😂
I’d say they are usually occupied by foreigners or as rental apartments/B&Bs, especially in the center of Rome. Also, depending on how the place is furnished will determine if you have a washer/dryer. Many people line dry. I have a washer/dryer combo machine that works wonderfully!
hello, which one is trusted one. and are you living in rome? im actually interested looking at housing without app and hoping maybe you would be like the agent (?). cause it would be cheaper for me. dont worry we will pay you a fee
On my way back to the U.S. from Turkey I was chatting with an Italian guy. He was in banking and said that you typically inherit property from family. He said that he could never afford to buy a flat on his one income. This was so interesting but also I was perplexed by why property was so expensive. Is it because it’s in such short supply?
Ciao! In Italy, the job market dynamics and real estate sector are really interesting to me. The Italian job market has faced challenges such as high unemployment rates (it declined to 7.2% as of December 2023 from ISTAT data, but still higher than many other EU countries), especially among young people. In addition, there are relatively low wages compared to other EU countries, which is why it is difficult for many people to save enough to afford property on their own. Also, the Italian real estate market, particularly in popular cities like Rome, Milan, and Florence, often experiences higher demand for housing but limited supply, leading to more inflated property prices. Plus, limited new construction also contribute to the scarcity of affordable housing options, in my opinion as well. So many factors at play! I always give the general example that the cost per square meter in Rome and Los Angeles in the “center”, obviously subject to large fluctuations, but still, are the same, yet net salaries in Rome are around one quarter of LA. All of it is interesting to me. 😂
Ciao Bella Kenya 😊 Can i ask is Rome your Number 1 Favorite Italian City?
Have you been to the Vatican before?
Ciao! Yes, I've been to the Vatican multiple times, and it is beautiful every time. I have so many favorite cities in Italy, so I can't choose!
