So sorry for the late update; work had been crazy, and I also went to Japan for 2 weeks over the holidays, and didn't have a lot of time to get this video done.
This is the largest hotel in Bangkok, in terms of number of rooms, and it also has one of the most impactful entrance and lobby, in my mind.
it's in a very convenient location, and has many nice restaurants and cafes nearby.

Thanks for video. How is this one compare to Conrad Bangkok if let you select ?
I love both. If you want an impactful entrance and lobby, the Marriott is the way to go.
But if you prefer a smaller-scale and quieter hotel, I’d choose the Conrad.
Also, I think it depends on which loyalty program you have, and what level of elite membership you have with them.

I believe I was upgraded to a higher floor, and one rank above the room that I booked at.

@user-lt7wc4pf7q it all depends on their availability.
Titanium status does not guarantee a suite upgrade.
The eligible elite members do receive a nightly upgrade reward, which could be used for that.
I know that however they have bunch rooms but not take their loyal customers as priority for the suite upgrade which is hilarious 😆 as a platinum member I always got upgraded in Thailand !!! U should fight for ur status right ur titanium 😅
@user-lt7wc4pf7q my personal opinion, is that an upgrade is not a “right“, just because you are an elite member.
I am always grateful when I do get an upgrade of some sort, and have never demanded a suite upgrade due to my status.
Of course, during the pandemic, I used to get upgraded to a suite quite often, just because they didn’t have many guests due to the lockdown.
