I do agree that the guides do lean towards the creator's biases. There's a whole lot more about each person that was missed, but hey, you can only put so much into a guide about all members. I got to know the members through NCT Life, because you get a few at a time and these really show their personalities. I settled on Taeyong, as my ult bias, because of his personality. He's weird and adorable at the same time, has a truly unselfish heart of gold. He takes care of his members, cooks chef-like meals that he learned from TH-cam, cannot pass an animal without playing with it first, has a sweet tooth. As you saw, he's an artist, producer, writer and teaches the choreography, he even created the choreo for "Bring The Noize". He started from not knowing anything and worked his tail off to where he is now. He used to receive a lot of hate for his past, until SM stepped up finally last year. But mostly, when you get to know him, you want to protect him, because as Johnny quoted "He radiates baby energy." Sorry so long, but I did say he was my ult bias.
taeyong actually doesnt get the most lines or anything, he is one of the official centers, but he's not in the center more than say mark or jaehyun are. i think he just really sticks out bc he looks and sounds pretty unique. but yes out of all the members he gets above average in terms of lines, mainly because 127 doesnt have many rappers so he and mark get a lot of the raps
Ten is really great at dancing n also his vocals r no joke.Hes very sassy. I love him. Winwin is not in Nct 2021 Universe album for this year.Hes busy in china for his Acting career. Nct member will miss him. Bcus Winwin is very much loved by the nct members. Even they have a group called Winwin lover (which includes haechan, taeil, yuta ,mark ,jungwoo n lucas) .
4:28 Actually johnny was living in america when he was trainee so he was coming to korea for trainee only in summers. Thats why he was trainee for 8-9 years.
Doyoung-- He is the most mature member in nct n also the smartest.He is Ncts Mom. He is savage and very straightforward.Whole Nct members love teasing Doyoung very much esp. Taeyong, Haechan n Johnny they r the president who teases him the most. If u will watch nct contents in there channels theres never been a video where he is never teased like on dance practices, Trips, behind the scenes, shows, etc. He is the main vocalist n one of the OG member. He can sing in both high n low tones. Hes vocal ability is great. Hes my fav. vocalist in nct along with Renjun and Xiaojun.

There's a 2 video guide about Jungwoo from cherryverse. This guy stole my heart tbh. He caught my attention as a flirty member (bananamilk video) but what i admire from him is that he came fro being anxious insecure and hated, to fighting his fears and overcoming all the hard times and shining so much that now he has so many fans in S.korea. Also, he was not afraid of sharing with fans his mental state and is not afraid of crying (he's like very emotional and my heart hurts everytime he cries or downplays himself) but you can also feel happy with his contagious smile.
Personality wise Doyoung is my bias n also my fav. Vocalist and Taeyong is my bias bcus of his charisma on stages n he's an ace in his positionings .He is well known for his visual too.also i love Mark .He n i have very similar personalities.Mark is ace of Sm. I love johnny bcus hes hilarious n i love his self love personality. I love Haechan for his unique tone n hes a prodigy in singing .He is very mischievous .i love Taeil bcus of his great vocal power n hes a genuine musician.I love Jaehyun cus hes the all rounder of Nct. Hes good at everything.. other than Singing rap dance visual hes good at sports, instrument,cooking etc. I love yuta bcus of his cold looks but warm in heart personality .also hes japanese n i love Japanese so much. Fyi....Jaehyun's english name is Jeffrey/Jay As the guide said...Jaehyun's visuals are out of this world which makes people forget about how talented he is....He is an interesting guy...He is actually the Main Vocalist(the guide said Lead Vocalist),Rapper,Lead Dancer and one of the Main Visuals...While others are tenors,he is the only baritone in the vocal line yet he mix well with every member's voice...He is pitch perfect(even when they have in-ear problems,he always get the pitch right)He is very stable and he is the unbothered king of NCT...He have this goofy side which I personally think is really cute 💚Most people don't fall for him right away....but when you get to know them more..you will like him a lot 💚
Mark and Taeyong both write songs ,Mark has 54 song credits and Taeyong has 40 something ,idk the exact number and if u check out their bts song recording , u will see how inputs they give , they really are going to be producers in future for sure
Kun is working towards his pilots license, is a damn good chef, very tidy, very caring towards his members (hence why he's teased as the 'mom') and is the only NCT member with a Bachelor's degree. *Husband. Material.* Jungwoo was studying to be a Mechanical Engineer during his SM trainee days. He was very nervous and timid in the beginning/debut, but has grown much more confident since and is definitely a mood maker/comedian of the group. Yes, Johnny was a trainee for 9 years but mostly because he was still living and going to school in the US, and would only train in Seoul during his time off until he graduated. Ten had started developing a name for himself in Thailand as a pop singer under the stage name TNT before getting into SM... his natural talent and stage presence was already evident then, but he definitely learned and grew a LOT as a performer under their tutelage.
I would like to recommend checking on some of the newest guides for the units after reacting to the maknae lines as well. For example A guide to NCT Dream (2021). If you would like to watch some funny videos for NCT, I would recommend NCT being effortlessly funny or videos from cherryverse

There is two versions :2021 ver , 2020 ver -However, since they debut one year older, so the guide have to cut some detail out so it will not be too long. -An (un)helpful guide to WayV 2020 somehow contains a little more about each member’s personality than the updated one.

If you want to see the sweet side of WayV, check out the mv for 'Let Me Love U'... it's constantly overlooked by reactors for some reason, which is so sad because it's a great song and a super cute self-filmed concept. Or 'Dream Launch', another cute one that gets overlooked.
i just find nct guides doesn't really show much of yuta, yuta is very talented and has a really interesting personality but i don't even think nctzens know him as well as us who bias him know of him

Jaehyun is a Main vocalist and they forgot some positions for Yuta and Johnny as well
