I have a villa in Lamai (Koh Samui) and I think those guys asking how many girls in the bathtub or ''what type of massage'' and telling you will know behind the camera is quite unnecessary and disgusting. Then at the five minute mark, you were back out in front of the pool!! 4:59 So basically the $1.6M HOUSE only got TWO MINUTES!!!! Sorry but that's not a great ratio for me to spend that much money, if all I'm really getting is a nice pool!!

The quality of development in Phuket seems way better and more affordable than Pattaya. I’ve been looking in Pattaya but anything below 20 million baht is nasty.

Guys watch out according to what I heard foreigners cannot own a freehold property in Thailand A lot of professional lawyers in Thailand have been asked and said the same thing Foreigners cannot buy a property in Thailand You can only rent a property and if you own a girlfriend from Thailand you can buy the property and register it in the name of your girlfriend and this is what I consider the stupidest thing to do
