I've had mine for about 2 weeks now, It's quite amazing, the receive is superb. I was kinda leery about ordering one from China, but it arrived about 4-5 days after I ordered it and it was intact. It's a shame that there aren't companies in the U.S.A. making these boards, they would make a killing.
SO I see a few of these on youtube, they seem to be obsessed with S meter readings, what I mean is, they are either running crazy pre amps on HF, or high noise levels. Your levels seem more believable, where are others are completely ridiculous.. Have you noticed this? Two stations I see on YT have noise levels of S6 and show on their videos contacts with stations are +20, +40db, I don't get it, do they know understand signal to noise. I alway maintain my S meter below S1, no preamps, or ATT, and let the radio do the work.
Mine also shows a bit high as well. Right now it shows an S8 noise floor and my Yaesu FTdx10 shows an S1. Its just the way direct sample SDR radios are.

I would be more concerned with signal to noise ratio. S- meter is relative and inaccurate from one manufacturer to another.
RP-SMA is evil.
