2021.. 47year old me listening this song with my 45year old wife. Both being nostalgic about our high school days. I was just that guy in the corner, who stays within himself, and liked a girl but never had the guts to ask her out cause, well she was this goddess of a girl! On the 1989's prom night, I noticed her crying at one corner of the ballroom. This song was being played by the DJ that moment. I went straight to her, she looked at me, I asked her for a dance, she wiped her tears, took my hand, and we danced the whole song! My life changed that day, for ever, for good!
