Build an emergency fund 5. Save to invest, it's a proven way to get richer. Very important to financial success

WOW, all the interior doors are gold. You got your work cut out to have them repainted. They can be sprayed white or some other colour than will make your home brighter and look much bigger too.

I need a separate washer and dryer in my master bathroom lol or 2 in the laundry room since it’s big enough. So you don’t have to wait until one load is done! That is a lot of house 😁

Love your home it's so beautiful. The small room off the bedroom wasn't counted in the sq footage because it has only one exit the door. Fire code requires two, usually it's the window. The one in the room doesn't look like it's large enough to be a fire exit. You can have a larger one installed. I can't wait to see you put your full decorating touch on it.

Very nice home! However, you failed to mention that HUGE GENERATOR next to that outside bathroom next to the pool. That thing will power your entire home in the event of a neighborhood power outage. That's a great feature to have.
