They're all the OG's, probably prominent at the era this was made, but still didn't make the cut. Bone Thugz should have been in this one to be honest. I love how low-key D'Angelo was on this project. Just playing the piano, and singing background vocals. Virtually unknown at the time, he and his brother Luther wrote this song. What an amazing feat to be able to pull all of these powerhouse black male voices together for such an empowering anthem!

I love how low-key D'Angelo was on this project. Just playing the piano, and singing background vocals. Virtually unknown at the time, he and his brother Luther wrote this song. What an amazing feat to be able to pull all of these powerhouse black male voices together for such an empowering anthem!
