Why remove gst in the 1st place,if gst was still in place all these subsidy cuts will not take place
Government can implement back the GST
Don't get me wrong, I do love Malaysia and all Malaysians. You are right of no point complaining. I am not against the Malaysian government but my advice is to go find jobs outside of Malaysia. Just come back for holiday. This way, you will have enough to survive and live a better life. For those who is not fluent in English, spend some time to learn & be brave to speak. It doesn't matter if you don't sound good as long as you understand and can communicate. Life will get better slowly but surely. All the best to all. Stay well!
Which country do you recommend?
@@firdnaq2220 nearby enough to get back to Malaysia would be Singapore, Brunei, Taiwan (for those that knows Mandarin). If you don't mind the distance, Australia & UK would be another good option. Don't be judgemental about the job (i.e. if one is earning a good/halal living, a cleaner's job is also to be respected). Hope this helps.
Remove subsidy for the high income because they are rich. Becoming rich by being hardworking seems to be wrong by the gov. But the high income group contributed highest income in terms of tax.
Sound is too soft
Don't mind telling me the restaurant name and address
Aids after aids, helps after helps. What has NEP done for the past half century?. Solution is not merely just cash handout or incentive, it's more to proper EDUCATION, proper mindset
Sadly our education system is rotten to the core. Pisa score so low but uni ranking magically high, yet our graduates mostly are subpar at best. Education definitely is the answer, but a lot of things in it need to be reformed really.
The groceries everywhere have slowly creep up since two weeks ago...early May. Hawkers have increase significantly....cooking at home helps very much . But in long run....isn’t so good for the economy for hawkers and business owners... I suggest try to cook at home and boycott those hawkers and eateries that increase their prices ...but they have their cartels that they increase together ....people have to eat right( their mindset). Be like Australia and Europe countries that don’t have all these eateries that open so late into the night. It’s only limited to fast food and it’s not open 24 hours. It’s also good for Malaysia...as diabetes is very high. But who am I to say.... humans have our own mindset and it’s always herd mentality.
With the removal of subsidy, the myr may get stronger. This can help rite.
next topic is Einvoicing. Does it increase cost for business owner, and does it really help the poor?
Bro, e-invoice is not meant to help the poor directly. It is mainly to adhere to OECD standards and the few main benefits are to ensure no tax leakages, broaden tax base and if implemented well, in an ideal world, government will have more collection from direct taxes. With a competent government, managing these additional source of income should help the poor/masses in general.
I can wait for this targeted subsidy to be implemented..sick of listening ketirisan, integrity, poor governance, bribery..
Don’t eat lah I make sandwiches egg with ham!
Sandwich with ham was consider drinking right.
