Oh, that staircase! So pretty. I feel like this place has so much moisture in it if a wall were punched water would just come spewing out. It's sad that such a huge place got to be in such a state. The chandeliers are very classy. Someone come save them! Enjoy your narration. You're always so positive and then there's always the happy smile sneaking in from Zenning with Zay. Enjoy your videos.

Through the winter this place was filling up with water from the kitchen ceiling.
The drywall cut in the basement is new.
Before, I had the same thoughts I think this place was a rental.

Pity. Such a nice house. Pipe burst under the pink tub in the master bathroom. So much water was falling. First video I saw you couldn't open those basement doors. This house is toast. Ugh, I'm seeing the nasty mold all over the house when it get warmer. Not pretty. Take care guys. Hugs for Opie.

    Hi Riddim Ryder
This house looks very familiar to me because other explorers already explored it. And I
believe you know the 2 that explored this place, I won’t mention their names for
obvious reasons. Both of them explored this house when the water was running in
the kitchen, at different times, that is why there is so much water damage especially
in the basement. Apparently a pipe burst and it was like a water fall in there. It’s a
shame that this once beautiful mansion was left abandoned. They didn’t shut off the
water before they left. I can’t believe you did not know this. I am glad someone called
the water company and finally shut off the water. I gave it a like because the water is
finally off. Thanks for revisiting. I was wondering if the water stopped running and I
    am glad you showed us.

It was such a joy to watch videos of gorgeous and grand looking houses/mansions, mostly owned I believe by millionaires and billionaires. They make fortunes just by buying and selling their houses. I guess precious memories of what was left behind in the house, like watching their kids growing up and playing in the house and compound, visitation by parents and relatives, their favorite spots, sofa these people like to sit and dine, etc. is of no importance. However, for this instance, it was such a beautiful mansion...modern yet with that little classical touch. The mansion is simply marvelous. Thanks Riddim Ryder.

Enjoyed this as usual. Our house is 3 bedrms, 2 baths here in FL. In ME I had the same size. How can anyone with normal incomes afford anything else? I had a shock when I filled up my son's SUV as it was $50 plus. Always use to be $30. I like a cozy house. Please keep your great videos coming. Hello Riddim Ryder, I like this mansion it looks like it shouldn’t be that much. The mansions in America are bigger then this and they are worth 4 million. That house doesn’t look like it should be worth that much. It still a great looking mansion. I like in front of the house where you first come in, the blue garage door and front door. Hope you have a great rest of your day. 😀🙂😂

Love these abandoned mansion videos. Seems a common theme for these mansions to have roof or basement damages due to water damages. Love the spiral staircase, but the kitchen just seemed blah for a mansion size. Lots of money wasted over the years just to leave it abandoned, maybe unforeseen water damages before the vacancy. Has always Riddim Ryder brings us another Epic Video! 😘❤😍

Not going to lie...when I saw the main entrance with brass stair railings and decor I thought Miami Vice! ( helloooo Don Johnson! You in here?) 😂 This was an interesting place but the crazy mix of updates from 70's, 80's and 90's had me twitching a bit. Lol.
