Her old label held her hostage basically and didn’t let her make her own music they made her be a certain type of artist that just wasn’t her and she wrote songs for Beyoncé and other artist and she wanted to sing her own songs and during the 7 years of this she has delt with drugs and men abusing her using her and from producers abusing her and now she finally is free from that label and now is able to do what she wants sing and write what she wants
