This was an excellent webinar and the examples given especially about cultural change and I also enjoy Simon S jab at Jack W leadership and minions of the 80/90. Simon speaks very plainly and clearly.
As a former state prosecutor, I’m excited to have just learned about The Curve. My hope is that the rest of the prosecution family embraces the growth; supports and promotes those that are trustworthy and honest; and stops enabling (by utilizing evidence) from those that are not. When I held the line - officers shared with me the positive impact that resonated (even though the short term consequences were uncomfortable.) Thank you! 💙
Fortunately, the Chief supported my mission and invited me to help with the Sergeant’s exam. I remember being overjoyed with the embrace, and honored when I had a great turnout, by the applicants, for a get together at my home after the exam.
