Hey man, another big issue with the mod kit. See, whenever i load up my mod, it doesn't load my current save file, so whatever object that were in the save file wont appear even after i saved it, it only loads the first save file, help please
Hey man, I know asking tutorials to you might be annoying as your getting many tutorial request but Sdalt also had this problem. In silvermonk666's tutorial of day night cycle, the time gets stuck on night, Sdalt also commented this, if you haven't watched it, then can you make a video on how to setup the old artstyle content pack BP_DayNightCycle
all you have to do to set up the daynightcycle is to create new levels for each time of day, like morning, day, evening and night. in these levels you want to include the basic stuff like BP_SkySphere, SkyLight, DirectionalLight and maybe Atmospheric Fog, etcetera. basically make it look like the correct time of day and then set the sun position accurately if you want. After that's done, go to your main level, go to the "Windows" tab on the top of the screen, press "Levels", and add in all of the levels you just created. This is just to make them easier to edit without having to switch between maps constantly. After this, add in your "BP_DayNightCycle" into your main level, and for the morning, day, evening and night strings, type in the exact names of your levels and put them in the corresponding strings. You can set the audio that plays in these levels to any sound cue you want, preferrably ambience. Then, you can also set the order of the levels (eg: you could have night first, then morning, and so on) load up your level and it will work fine
@@ravikamble1945 oh, right, bp_music is just something in the content browser. search it up and add it into your main level. then select it as the variable.
@@ravikamble1945 you need to add a bp_music from the content browser, and then select the daynightcycle BP, then go to the bp music variable and select the one you just dragged into the level
First, click on every single light source actor in the level, or light source components in BP_Fireplace. Then change the Mode to Moveable (should be right at the top of the details panel) Also do this with Directional Light not sky light.

I don't know how to help because I only sort of understand the problem, and even if I did understand, I have never ran into any problems with saving.

I do not now how to set it up, I would usually just code a custom one from scratch but that's too complex for 95% of modders.
