- One of my favorite easy desserts is this no-bake strawberry cream cheese tart! I used a graham cracker crust for this recipe but it also works well with an Oreo cookie or vanilla wafer crust. The cheesecake filling is light, and creamy and melts in your mouth. The perfect strawberry dessert for any occasion!
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups (170 g) finely crushed graham crackers, approximately 14-15 whole graham crackers (substitute with Oreo cookies or other cookie of choice)
½ cup (115 g) butter melted
Filling:
16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup sugar
Strawberry puree:
1 pint strawberries (approximately 25 medium sized strawberries)
2 Tbsp sugar

Wow welldone work❤❤
Delicious 🎉
Yummy 😋
Hi looks very yummy. I would like to try this. The cream cheese and heavy cream used are at room temperature, correct!
The cream cheese must be at room temperature but it's okay to use the heavy cream cold from the fridge.
Thank you 🙂
@@MyMothersKitchenI made this cheesecake. Usually I make no bake cheesecakes with gelatin.
This cheesecake tasted nice but it started losing its shape once it was out of the fridge. It maintained its shape only when it was inside the freezer. I followed the recipe and method exactly. I kept in freezer for 5 hours before keeping in fridge overnight. Once I took it out of the fridge now, within 10 minutes the cheesecake layer started losing shape and was extremely soft. I have returned it back to the freezer now.
@@prathibhars This dessert is like an ice cream cake that needs to stay frozen. You shouldn't leave it in the fridge for too long. You can put it in the fridge for a little bit to soften, but it's supposed to be eaten when it's still frozen like ice cream.
@@MyMothersKitchen Thanks for clarifying!
Freezer or fridge to keep cream mixture?
Once you assemble the tart, you must put it in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
