In video I have mentioned 2 cups /500g by mistake, it has to be 2 cups/ 250 g..
Also please keep the flame on lower side to get beautiful golden colour..do not hurry up the frying process...or else you may end up with chewy nevris..

For 250 g you get 25 nevris...above filling measurements comes perfect for 250 g flour...

You can replace but dry roast on low flame for longer time until it becomes really dry..otherwise it may spoil soon ...
