    I didn't know Shane had built one of these and with the same CB that I used when I made my first reso CBG last year! I was going to chide him for not giving me a shout out. It turns out I'm the noob that should have given him credit which I would have if I saw this before I built mine. My construction was totally different but still...
    Like they say, every song that is written has already been written before I guess.Kudos to Mr Speal!

    I got a 3.5" spun gitty cone because the others were too big for my backpacker; anyone else tried the smallest one? I havent installed it but alone it sounds very flat and doesn't ring. I'm not thrilled with it.

    Shane, nice clean cut. What did you use to make it?

      IDK, but I used a Dremel with a circle cutter attachment. Cut it a little small then sanded around the edge until it snapped in place.
