I feel so sad for the first girl who came on. Sweetie, you don't have to hold your head down. You didn't ask for HIV, it's not your fault. You don't have to be ashamed. People are living long with the virus. Just take care of yourself. I hope that you read this. Much love from the USA. ❤

This is very educative. The first girl in the blue jacket said something very important. She said she moved from a million to zero viruses( undetectable). That’s the most important, taking your drugs consistently till you reach that level and continuing to take the drugs to keep it at that level.

These are very brave young people to come out in the open and are an encouragement to others. This is a very hard topic to talk about and also to accept if you have this condition. It helps to attend groups such as the youth advisory group that they are going to for emotional support. God bless you guys and programmes like this help. You are making a big difference in other people's lives. I God will wash away the pain Ann is experiencing and she can have a happy life.

thanks Tamima for such a huge topic. i can see pain in Ann Njoki eyes. i can relate with stigma very well. I remember when i had needle prick when attending a HIV patient, when i told my girlfriend she went maniac accusing me i wanted to infect her, she spread news to my friends and her friend that i had infected her with virus even before going for test. it was such a crazy moment.
We had to go for test together only to find we are negative, STIGMA IS REAL.
