He also gives a 40% dmg buff in his tactical skill for liberty in case you didn’t see that
Yes, I covered that in the video. The 40% damage buff is nice, but you'll have a higher overall damage output with rising star.
For the liberty bomber it’s not only reducing the bombing interval it also increase the dmg by up to 40% which makes the skill very good to deal even more dmg on a liberty bomber I guess I would rate it then like a 4 maybe even 5
yeah, but the issue is that rising star deals more damage, the coef dmg scales much higher than the 40% buff. Don't get me wrong, I aint saying he isnt a good officer on the lib, but if you are sticking him on lib, you might want to full focus the interval.
Awakened the damage buff is 65%
Still a lower scaling than 1,000 coefficient damage. (: plus skill damage ignores target armour and resistance unless they've specifically stacked for skill damage resistance
I have two accounts and both are bomber as main units. One f2p one p2w. On p2w I have cartero/rictus and lone eagle 3rd skill. Awesome. On my f2p I had cartero/ pixie. Pixie awakened TRASH. Lone eagle at 2222 made a bigger difference. Now both awakened he definitely hits a punch. Now if you already have cartero/rictus/rising/inferno…. Do you need to switch? No. Get the 3 rd intercept skill. If you have 1 good bomber officer and need a second he’s a must. I have Martyr bombers by the way. Both 38m
I mean, if you're using dive bombers, I'd definitely switch out and use this guy. His scaled damage is much higher than many of the premium officers on offer in the lounge. I'd recommend pairing him with cartero, the stun plus it's the second highest set of skill damage available for a bomber, should 90% or 1 tap most field units
