Jay really enjoy your Tanganyikan tank. I like my 220 Lake Malawi Hap tank but love my 125 Lake Tanganyika biotope tank. My Lake Tanganyika tank is home to Tropheus Ikola, Julichromis , Leleupi, Synodontis Petricola. I just use 80% veg and 20% cichlid flake and pellets, and frozen mysis shrimp a couple times a week and all are doing well.
I’m really considering doing what you did and re-homing my peacocks and haps and going with tangs. If you were doing tangs in an 8’ 240, what would you do? Only restriction is I don’t want Frontosa.

How do your shell dwellers and Tropheus do together? I’m thinking of switching to a lake tang tank.
For sure! I have 34 red rainbow with xenon, and a pair of dwarf comps. In a 150 long

Tank is looking sweet bro! 👌
Looking lush!
Great Looking Tank! Go for it with the Catfish! The scape is Awesome also!
Thank you Todd
Personally I think the best tank you ever had was the 220 malawi tank in the room with the bird years ago, but I'm a malawi guy.
Scape looks good, Jay.
Catfish, meh...won't they eat the little ones?
Holla!
👍💕👍
Nah too small of mouths
Absolutely gorgeous sir!!!
Nice one
Where do you the painted fish pictures?
Check out Priscilla art she works at exotic Aquatics in Colorado
The cat fish might eat your shelldwellers
They will not they have small mouths
I think the two big catfish will eat your smaller fish
I would not risk those catfish disturbing the balance in this tropheus tank, just my opinion.
The cats will probably eat your fish
