I’m watching this drama and I was really hoping she didn’t return to him at the end. I’m not even half way through and the number of times this woman has been abused I can barely count on one hand. I could never return to a man who abused me and allowed me to be abused repeatedly and didn’t trust me.

The ML actor was great. He always delivers and is one of the few short drama actors, that can really act. The FL did an ok job. The script is the same old BS: he tortures her, she forgives him very easily, they get back together, he still does not trust her and abuses her some more, she breaks up and she takes him back again - without him even having to try. Only worth watching for the actors.

I wasn’t mad at the ML for sending her to prison, if she killed his sister, that’s where she should have gone. I’m mad at him for not investigating further. If he loved her, he should have knows she couldn’t do that.
What I found unforgivable, is that he told 3 men to rape her. It doesn’t matter if he was going to stop it, just allowing those men to grope and molest her was beyond redemption.
Mostly , I’m angry at the stupid FL for taking back the abusive ML, and not noticing that her friend was sick. He always came to save her. It was a tragic ending .

You do know that it isn’t up to random people to “send someone to prison” right! The police would investigate not some man says “put her in jail!” It’s ridiculous. But he is an arrogant pathetic man who thinks he is always right and uses any excuse for violence.

Such a well-written drama. This handsome Ml aced his role as the abusive guy you love to hate! I have seen his acting before and loved him. The Ml did so many any horrendous things to the Fl even sending her to jail for 3 years unjustly. This Fl suffered so much bullying and should hold the title for the most kidnapped! I was tearful after the handsome and loyal Siyuan was diagnosed with a terminal illness and took the knifing for Lou Youran. So glad the Fl found out the truth about her mother's death and got revenge. The maniacal and despicable acts of Zeyuan are inexcusable, even after he treated Youran better when she proved herself innocent with Siyuan's help. Great acting by the entire cast. Such a bittersweet ending and interesting to watching.

This is not a very good version of this drama. The ML has starred in this drama 2 or 3 times now, and he is consistently good but this actress is, unfortunately, pretty bad 😂 There is a much better 2 part version with the full complex story and the FL is great 🥰
