One of the best dramas I have watched funny, insightful, and refreshing, give it a try. The ML simply made me happy & the FL understood her strengths and how to have class, manners, and still conquer, little minded people. I re-watched it already it was so good. Plus chemistry of leads was wonderful not just sexual or romantic but they simply fit together. Plus a high production value ...FL ´ s clothes were wonderful and not conservative, plus her in a men´s button down was lovely for the contrast of modern to ancient ...time travel drama in case you do not know.

I loved it, one of the best I've seen, finally credible, well-structured characters who react in a credible and coherent way to what happens! I'm not sure I like the ending.. but Sienna (enchanting character!) is happy, and that's enough for me. The only flaw, I absolutely didn't understand Chase's actions and motivations... at a certain point it seemed like he had underlying reasons but they were never explained, and I can only speculate!

SML was from modern times who was stuck in ancient times, and needed FL to obtain a particular jade to bring him back to modern times. He ended up killing FL in ancient times, which brought both of them to modern times, then killed her again in modern times, which brought her back to ancient times. ML protected her in ancient times, but he didn't time travel when he died. He was present again in modern times, but as a different person. I'm confused with the SML's game plan and his back story was never clearly explained. FL's return to ancient times at the end left me sad for her modern family.
At the end, I thought the ML was the guy on the horse riding through the streets saying the marriage was canceled which led me to believe that ml and FL would get together back in ancient times??
Chase has motivation ~ but it would have repercussions since the Princess developed trust to the general... possibly; chances are, they will be together in ancinet time. and will always leave doubts to Chase.
