Great job. When I clicked on notes it does't shows as many tools as shown by you in video at timestamp 12:00. May be you forgot to tell about add-on that you may have used. If yes, which one?

I'd encourage you to consider using tags for some of the topics that you have here as sub-collections. Tags can also have colors for sorting.
