It is undeniable once you see it you cannot unsee it. It is spiritually revealed. And it is throughout the entire bible.

I began this journey to see what a Calvanist was, now I am deeper in faith and in love with God than ever before. Once the predestination was shown, the light bulb moment happened. My church has never taught it like this. And it's all over the Bible! OT and NT! The chosen nation of Israel was the foreshadowing for us. God has ALWAYS chosen His own! Never not once has He not.
I've always been taught that the gospel and Jesus sacrifice was for the whole world, and it was, but many do not choose to follow and some fall away, parable of the sower. I can say that you could call me a 5 point Calvanist also, but I like the term Bible Believer lol😂. Word for word, the Bible makes total depravity, unconditional election, limited atonement, irresistible grace and perseverance so clear, like it lights up when reading and also references back to itself.

You don't know me Dr.White, but I have been binge watching your debates , podcasts and Q&A'S ... I'VE learned more from you than the seminary college I attended and ultimately had to drop out.. I thank God for your wisdom, knowledge and humility... All I have is my kindle, KJV Bible , Matthew Henry's concise Commentary on the entire Bible and a willing heart and mind to know about my faith and why I believe ! and how to defend it!! I'll continue my studies as I learn from you via TH-cam 😀 Thank you Dr.White for your inspiration and wisdom!!!

@@tonybasoni8443 what a ridiculous bunch of discouragement toward someone who is very obviously seeking to know God better. Why dont you try offering encouragement toward truth instead of condemnation toward a person looking toward Christ and imbibing a good biblical sermon about the sovereignty of God.
Tony, you are allowed to disagree with the sources someone is looking to, but you will have no positive effect with an attitude like that.

@@tonybasoni8443 I just want to point out to you that your traditions and bias are so strong that you read straight past very relevant information to make your points.
Firstly, you should have read her comment thoroughly before saying woman cant go to seminary & if she was seeking God she wouldnt be going to seminary. Her original comment says she dropped out at some point and neither you or I know the reasons behind that. Is it reasonable to think that she might have grown in her walk with God as you and I have as well? Maybe her seminary wasnt even what you picture a seminary to be? Well, that would leave your statements as not only misguided, but rude and discouraging.
Secondly, if you read my statement thoroughly without filtering your traditions in you would have seen that I did not say seeking after God, but rather seeking to know him better. By her own words I cant draw a conclusion of her having a darkened heart or mind so I am not going to assume that is the case. If she is here, then God has led her here and if she is hearing truth and responding with joy, then God has been at work. If her actions are thereafter of the "seeking to know God better" variety, then just like me I would bet she wants to be uplifted by brothers and sisters in the Lord.
You stand at the door as a mocker and scoff in the face of men and women who proclaim to know Christ without any conversation as to prove their disingenuous intentions. You put yourself in the place of God and you must be rebuked for it. You have no issue with condemning people to the fire and turn your studied mind into a branch with which to beat those around you into Hell which God has been drawing out.
I pray the Lord melts your hardness into the mold which Christ has prepared for you.

Update, that day was extremely upsetting for me bc I didn't see any of the elders. Apperently the one who set up this appointment with me failed to set it up with the other elders and I had no meeting with any of them. I waited in the lobby while the pastor called them but he got no answer. I was overwhelmed with confusion and sadness bc I didn't know at the time who they were even though I had been going to that church for a number of months and I didn't know at the time why none of them were there to meet with me. My pastor sat and talked down to me bc he didn't understand why I was crying, he asked if someone hurt me in the congregation. I was just dumb founded, I tried to express my concerns about how important this meeting was and how hurt I felt for the ones who didn't seem to care enough and just let this basically fall to the wayside. The literature I gave him, he dismissed by saying it was hateful. I was fuming after I left that church that day. Idk how I could of responded differently and I do not know how I could of not been upset, but I was and I tried to talk to pastor, but it seemed hopeless. I had other abolishionists contact him to see if they could have a better response or discussion but he said he had to much on his plate as it is and wasn't ready to take on this ministry 🙄 So after a week or so, in the days following we did church repent outside of this church where I got a chance to meet the elders at last and one of their responses was that they would never go to an abortion mill, I asked why but he just said he never would, he never gave any reason. The ppl were mad and one man from the singles group said the only reason I was doing this is bc I had an ax to grind against another member of the singles group. Utterly ridiculous I can't really wrap my mind around it, like how these ppl could just display such indifference and callousness 😣 The pastor was fuming and he thought I was trying to disrupt his service outside. If I can I will share the video.

Hey Dr and Pastor James I have watched you for a little while now. From my perspective I discovered you after I discovered Pastor Jeff and you both are such a blessing to me and I say my perspective because I know that God led me to both of you. I love my Pastor but I wish we were a reformed church because it really opened my eyes and gave me a much deaper faith than I could ever have imagined. I tried to discuss reformed theology with a lady that goes to church with me and my friend and she did not receive it well, she was angry and defensive. I only used scripture, not my opinion and she agrees that the word of God is the standard so it's really confusing why someone would get so angry. She says that God calling us is when we read the Bible and that we them make a decision to accept Him or not and that is when we are being called. I said that the Word says that there is none that seek God so when we seek God, that God has already began to call on us prior to that and she disagrees. She says that we can say no to God, but I don't think that a person who has been called and made alive in our spirit would say no to God. I use your saying "Jesus is not a weak begger but a powerful Savior". I believe if we are called, then as Jesus says that He loses none and will raise us up on the last day, all that is called and she doesn't because she says we can say no to Him. So thank you for your hard work and sharing your gifts with us, God bless you and I love you all as my brothers and sisters in Christ.

I know the feeling. When I started getting deeper into my faith I found it was very difficult to have these types of discussions with fellow Christians and they would get upset. Then I remember that when I was younger (I guess I should say less spiritually mature) I would react in a similar way when confronted by opposing viewpoints that I didn't fully understand. Just continue to pray for those people and continue to lovingly speak truth into their lives. Never forget the Lord is with you when you have these discussions.

You are wrong on the issue of 'Calling'.
The Calling of GOD upon us is GOD reaching out to us while we were yet sinners. Rom.5:8 2Thes.2:14 Jn.12:32
Before we come to GOD, HE already gave HIS SON to die for all sinners. Jn.3:16
GOD used this GOSPEL to call all sinners to return to HIM. Rom.10:13-17
Sovereignty of GOD does not mean HE chose whom HE wants to save, but rather HE ordained the WAY of Salvation.
The WAY of Salvation is through the preaching of the GOSPEL. 1Cor.1:21
The Responsibility for men is that they need to believe the GOSPEL, in order to be saved. Heb.3:7-14
Thus, only the ones that believe the GOSPEL (Voice of GOD) are saved, and not those that hear only.
GOD has called all men every where to repent and believe. Act.17:30-31
GOD cannot judge humanity if HE has not granted them the freedom to choose between LIFE and DEATH. Every man is responsible for the Destiny he has chosen. The Sovereign GOD has set before every man, the Destiny of LIFE and DEATH. Deut.30:15-18 HE has also set the Gate and the Way that leads to these Destinies respectively. Matt.7:13-14
Be sure that you enter in at the STRAIT GATE that opens to the NARROW WAY. The NARROW WAY will lead you into LIFE. But at any time in your journey, you should depart from HIM or harden your heart against HIM, which is as good as saying 'NO' to CHRIST, you will not enter into LIFE. Heb.3:12-14
Beware of false teachings. Read your bible diligently and obey the things written for us.

Show us the sciptures that agree with your view.
      How was Paul saved?
      Rom.8:29-30 ; 2Tim.1:9-11
He said it himself in 1Cor.1:21
The Way of Salvation was ordained from the beginning of creation but was manifested at the Coming of CHRIST. Salvation is by Faith in the Gospel for everyone, even for them that were before the manifestation of CHRIST. For the Gospel will judge all men. Rom.2:16

The Bible is the only book that has such a long time in its written development but not in its theological development.
You can see the development of theology in Jehovah's Witness, Mormons, Muslims, Rabbinic Jews, etc, but the theology of Genesis is the same theology of Revelation.

@@Doc-Pleroma-naut And that's where I was up until about 7 years ago. I was a pastor questioning reality and all that I believed in. It wasn't simply whether God exists but whether life mattered.
I was introduced to presup. after years of searching and it finally gave me grounds to say what I always knew, God exists and through that I know everything else that I know.
I understand the frustration of trying to have a civilized debate with an arrogant individual. I figure that no matter what religion or worldview a person comes from, if they're constantly dealing with arguments they're going to come with their fists up and that tends to be perceived as arrogance. Hence why I try to avoid debates in general so I can be more happy when talking with people. Sye can be short with people, especially when people come across as arrogant themselves, but when a person wants to have a rational conversation I've found the walls come down and the human behind the walls are seen.
Also, I've totally been an arrogant person and my wife is like, "So... did you share the love of Jesus with them?" She knows how to put me in my place.
But I've found that the majority of individuals who have beef with presup (Christian or not) usually don't fully or accurately understand it. In what I've read, while you might rightly see arrogance, the theology of presuppositionalism is that without God I wouldn't know anything and would love my sin. And it's not because of anything I've done, but because what he's done. I don't think that's an arrogant position to hold. And that's where Sye, Durban, Bahnsen, Van Til, and White would stand. We're all lost without God directly helping us.
So I'm sorry that the impression you've been given is one of arrogance and if I've given that impression, I'm sorry for that also.
I hope that this doesn't get in the way of you discovering the truth.

@@Doc-Pleroma-naut Yeah, you've heard a lot of the arguments before, but I still think you don't get the reasoning behind presup. It appears that you take God out of the argument altogether, as though this is a conclusion that the presupper has come to solely by his own reasoning.
Hence why your "reversal" wasn't that powerful. It only seems powerful if we're reasoning without divine revelation, but with divine revelation the statement that "We all know there are no gods" ends with, "I don't know that that statement is true." This is something the one who has divine revelation from God cannot conclude.
At the very lest, that you cannot see the flaw in what you thought was really powerful should be an indicator that you have room to grow in your understanding. That should be an encouragement to you! You want to take Presuppers down, there's room to grow :)
But I disagree that you "need not adopt their perspective of knowledge as "mathematical certainty"". An agnostic doesn't know if there is a God, and that is why they're not certain. Definitionally wise, agnosticism requires that knowledge have certainty. Otherwise just call yourself an atheist.

    WITHOUT EXCUSE
For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, being understood by what has been made, so that they are without excuse.
    Romans 1:20
Judge: Why did you remain in unbelief ?
Reprobate : I was born hated and rejected by my God, who sealed me in unbelief from the time I was born till the time I died because of the sin of another.
Can you think of a better excuse than that ?

    Calvinism is like this:
God builds a house and makes people and puts them in the house. (He's the only fire escape. This we can all agree upon)
He then determines, ordains, decrees (causes) that the people start a fire in the house - but in such a way that they somehow freely chose to start it and get all the blame.
God then chooses to rescue some of the people out of the house.
He could have saved all the people out of the house but he chose not to in order to show the people that he has rescued just how gracious He is and how fortunate they are because He could have left them like the other poor #@%+&*?s
God then explains that He's reserved these others for the fire for no other reason than simply to make a point about how powerful He is, how powerless we are, and that He can basically just do what the heck He wants to, any time he wants to, because He's fully in control... (a controlling power tripper ! Thought that was the devil's job ?)
The people He didn't save from the burning house still do serve a purpose though... they are visual aids - Praise God ! - highlighting to the rest of those He's made just how wonderfully awesome, holy, good, righteous and loving He is compared to the vermin He created to mainly hate on.
And anyway, at the end of the day, whoever goes down in the fire in the house desered to because of their sin - which is such an outrage and offence in the eyes of Him Who (determined that they all be sinners in the first place and therefore couldn't have reasonably avoided being the little pyromaniacs that they are and who would eventually go down in the big flames) !!! ???
    "Doomed from the womb"
    - J.C (John Calvin, not Jesus Christ)
    What a god !!!
But glory to the real One X

The gospel is God's power to save (Romans 1:16-17), through the word of God (1 Peter 1:22-25; Romans 10:17).
Paul said that the core teaching of his gospel was salvation through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1-8).
Paul also taught that this gospel must be obeyed, or you will suffer the consequences (2 Thessalonians 1:6-10).
So how does one obey the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ? By "obeying from the heart that form of doctrine" (Romans 6:16-18).
You are buried with Christ by baptism into death, and raised with Him through newness of life (Romans 6:3-7; Colossians 2:12; Galatians 3:26-29; 1 Peter 3:18-22; Acts 2:36-41,47; Acts 18:8; Acts 8:34-39; Titus 3:5; John 3:5; Mark 16:15-16).

Timeline of some of the major points in the video:
    17:40
    Acts 4:25-28 (CSB)
25 You said through the Holy Spirit, by the mouth of our father David your servant:
    Why do the Gentiles rage
and the peoples plot futile things?
26 The kings of the earth take their stand
    and the rulers assemble together
against the Lord and against his Messiah.
27 “For, in fact, in this city both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, assembled together against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed, 28 to do whatever your hand and your will had predestined to take place.
Ps 2 is quoted and seen as being fulfilled by the early church
nothing would normally bring these 4 peoples/groups together as the Jews hated the Roman Gentiles, Herod and Pontius Pilate
all 4 groups/individuals in the above verses are culpable for what they did.
20:45 God didn't have to point a gun at these 4 groups and say "do something bad!" to force them to kill the Messiah because they were good guys. In Jn it keeps on mentioning that Jesus didn't die at the time because his time was not yet. Herod was crazy, Pilate was just trying to keep the peace and the Jews wanted to kill Jesus, yet in God's sovereignty they all came together to kill the Messiah at the predestined time and place.
22:10 the early church understood the sovereignty of God and the responsibility of mankind and recognise there is no conflict. They recognised Pilate, the Jewish leaders and Roman soldiers etc as guilty and responsible for killing the Christ, yet God had determined what would take place. This is called Compatibilism - The absolute sovereign decree of God and the responsibility of his image bearers in the world he has created are compatible truths. They are not 2 rails of a railroad track that meet in eternity. There are 2 truths here. The one conditions and and gives the foundation and basis of the other and they're both still true. It is also the basis on which God can judge justly. The Jews saw this doctrine in the OT too:
    Genesis 50:15-21 (CSB)
15 When Joseph’s brothers saw that their father was dead, they said to one another, “If Joseph is holding a grudge against us, he will certainly repay us for all the suffering we caused him.”
16 So they sent this message to Joseph, “Before he died your father gave a command: 17 ‘Say this to Joseph: Please forgive your brothers’ transgression and their sin-the suffering they caused you.’ Therefore, please forgive the transgression of the servants of the God of your father.” Joseph wept when their message came to him. 18 His brothers also came to him, bowed down before him, and said, “We are your slaves!”
19 But Joseph said to them, “Don’t be afraid. Am I in the place of God? 20 You planned evil against me; God planned it for good to bring about the present result-the survival of many people. 21 Therefore don’t be afraid. I will take care of you and your children.” And he comforted them and spoke kindly to them.
31:50 Joseph got this big view of Compatibilism after he had suffered a lot of evil for a long time. Both "you" (Joseph's brothers) and God "planned". One plan for evil and one plan for good. The brothers couldn't kill Joseph because it was part of God's plan. God restrained the brothers evil. Evil will be properly judged by God. A good outcome will lead to God's glorification and exaltation.
Every Messianic prophesy in the OT is a demonstration that God is sovereign over human affairs.
36:50 God's plans aren't ruined by mankind's sinfulness. Joseph could forgive the treachery of his brothers because he knew the big picture of Compatibilism and what God had done and accomplished thru all his sufferings. In most of these occurrence of Compatibilism God is restraining the evil of men.
    Isaiah 10:5-7 (CSB)
5 Woe to Assyria, the rod of my anger-
the staff in their hands is my wrath.
    6 I will send him against a godless nation;
I will command him to go
against a people destined for my rage,
    to take spoils, to plunder,
and to trample them down like clay in the streets.
    7 But this is not what he intends;
this is not what he plans.
It is his intent to destroy
and to cut off many nations.
    Isaiah 10:12 (CSB)
12 But when the Lord finishes all his work against Mount Zion and Jerusalem, he will say, “I will punish the king of Assyria for his arrogant acts and the proud look in his eyes.”
Ref to Deu 28-29 re curses for Israel's disobedience.
God had been very patient w/ Isr. Assyria was an evil, merciless, pagan nation.
The king of Assyria, Joseph's brothers and those who killed Jesus were all accountable for what filled their hearts. However, these arrogant plans in these ppl's hearts didn't thwart God's plans.
    Isaiah 10:15 (CSB)
    Does an ax exalt itself
above the one who chops with it?
    Does a saw magnify itself
above the one who saws with it?
It would be like a rod waving the ones who lift it!
It would be like a staff lifting the one who isn’t wood!
God is like the one swinging the ax (Assyria). God is deserving of honour for his power, not Assyria.
God sovereignly uses Assyria to punish Isr, and then righteously judge the king of Assyria for his arrogance
We see life like the underside, messy side of a beautiful tapestry
Richard Dawkins' evolution offers no hope in the light of this life's harsh realities
A Creator and creation gives life a purpose. God spoke and didn't just wander off and leave his creation. God spoke and prophesied re the Messiah. The nations raged against the Messiah as recorded in Acts 4 and the gospels. The same Jews who said crucify the Messiah, and said we have no king but Caesar are now persecuting the church for preaching in the name of Jesus. The early church saw that this predestined persecution happened under God's sovereign hand, and saw this sovereignty as a reason to preach the gos boldly. They understood Compatibilism - God is sovereign. His decrees will take place as predestined. What happens in time is real. We aren't puppets (Jesus entered into our world and time). God will justly judge because he know the intentions of the heart. These are 2 truths presented in scripture.
59:00 You have to deny the reality of one of these truths (God is sovereign and he will judge sin) if you want to get around what scripture teaches (Compatibilism).
    Isaiah 10:20 (CSB)
20 On that day the remnant of Israel and the survivors of the house of Jacob will no longer depend on the one who struck them, but they will faithfully depend on the LORD, the Holy One of Israel.
    Romans 11:1-5 (CSB)
1 I ask, then, has God rejected his people? Absolutely not! For I too am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God has not rejected his people whom he foreknew. Or don’t you know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah-how he pleads with God against Israel? 3 Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars. I am the only one left, and they are trying to take my life! 4 But what was God’s answer to him? I have left seven thousand for myself who have not bowed down to Baal. 5 In the same way, then, there is also at the present time a remnant chosen by grace.
God was not thankful to mankind or lucky (as if he wasn't sovereign) that a remnant of Isr remained
Throughout the OT time God has kept a remnant for himself
creation is a foundational truth for what his creation/ppl can do
1:00 if you take from God that right and power to be both sovereign and to judge sin righteously, you set up yourself an idol of free will, & you no longer have the God of Scripture. You must allow these truths (God is sovereign and a righteous judge of sinful ppl) to stand together to honour the entirety of what scripture teaches. The above texts show that we are not robots or puppets on strings. As shown above, the early church saw the might of Rome was under the firm sovereign control of God. Jesus gave himself to die on the cross and fulfilled all the prophecies. This gave the early church boldness to preach the gos in a hostile world. The church today needs this confidence and boldness too.
1:13 We can struggle to understand God's secretive, decretive will. His will says you shall not murder, yet his decree was that Jesus should die. God is bigger than we are and his word tells those things will fit together for his honour and glory. God's grace shown thru Compatibilism does not make God weak, but all powerful by which he accomplishes his intentions and purposes.

All laws ; commandments , instructions ; which includes all covenants are moral , and holy , and they come from the Father : The sin sacrifice laws he gave the mediators comes from the Father , and they are holy and moral . The God of Israel is a holy , righteous God , and everything he say is holy and righteous . The laws through the mediators are sin sacrifice laws under the mediator of the covenant of the Father . The mediators operate under a priesthood ( priesthood of Melchisedec and the priesthood of Leviticus ) ; which is the recovery for the one's who have transgressed against the Father's laws . Jesus Christ has many names , and he has been around from everlasting to everlasting ( Micah 5:2 , " But thou , Bethlehem Ephratah , though thou be little among the thousands of Judah , yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel ; whose goings forth have been from of old , from everlasting " ) ; At the time of Abraham , one of his names were Melchisedec , king of Salem , priest of the Most High God , the priesthood of faith ( Romans 10:17 , '" So then faith comes by hearing , and hearing by the word of God ) ; this is why Jesus Christ said this : John 5:39 , " Search the scriptures ; for in them ye think ye have eternal life : and they are they which testiffy of me " . The mediators cannot change the laws of the Father ; they intercede for the people through a sacrificial law ( animal sacrifice and oblations through works ; which the law of Moses is used , because it went through the mediator Moses ) ; ( the blood of Jesus Christ through faith ; which the law of Christ is used because it went through the mediator Jesus Christ ) . The animal sacrifice of the Leviticus priesthood , through the mediator Moses came because the children of Israel refused to live by faith , after they went into a covenant with the God of Israel ; which was God's way to keep from killing their flesh/body , when they violated the Laws of the God of Israel ; but it could not forgive them of the sins of the heart/mind/spirit ; which must be clean to dwell with God . The law of faith of the priesthood of Melchisedec , through the mediator Jesus has been around from the beginning ; remember , Jesus name at the time of Abraham is Melchisedec , the priest of The Most High God . The God of Israel has always showed grace by faith ; which all the men and women understood in Hebrews 11 ; that is why they all died in faith ( Abel , Enoch , Noah , Abraham , Sarah ) ; Which requires you to repent of your sins with a sorrowful heart and believe by obedience in your mediator of faith ( Melchisedec at Abraham and king David time , and Jesus Christ at our time ; which gives you the same laws of the Father ) . One of the first things that Jesus said as he begin his ministry was : Mark 1:14-15 , " Now after John was put in prison , Jesus came into Galilee , preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God , And saying , The time is fulfilled , and the kingdom of God is at hand : repent ye , and believe the gospel " . The laws of the Father does not change , the change was through the mediators , or the sin sacrifices ( Hebrews 7:11-17 , " If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood , ( for under it the people received the law , ) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec , and not be called after the order of Aaron ? For the priesthood being changed , there is made of necessity a change also of the law . For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe , of which no man gave attendance at the altar . For it is evident that our LORD sprang out of Juda ; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood . And it is yet far more evident : for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest , Who is made , not after the law of a carnal commandment , but after the power of an endless life . For he testifieth , Thou art a priest forever after the order of Melchisedec " ) . In Romans 5:12-14 , " Wherefore , as by one man sin entered into the world , and death by sin ; and so death passed upon all men , for that all have sinned : ( For until the law sin was in the world : but sin is not imputed when there is no law . Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses , even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression , who is the figure of him that was to come " . What is sin ? Answer , 1 John 3:4 , " Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law : for sin is the transgression of the law " . In Romans 5:13 , Paul says : " For until the law ! What law is he talking about ? In Romans 3:27-28 , " Paul states this : Where is boasting then ? It is excluded . By what law ? of works ? Nay : but by the law of faith . Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law " . The law of works and the law of faith are sin sacifice laws when you transgress against the laws of the Father ; which Paul states to Timothy as in 2 Timothy 3:15-17 , " And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures , which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus . All scripture is given by inspiration of God , and is profitable for doctrine , for reproof , for correction , for instruction in righteousness : That the man of God may be perfect , throughly furnished unto all good works " . Paul states in Romans 5:13 , " For until the law sin was in the world ; we know that sin is the transgression of the law of God by going to 1 John 3:4 , and it came into the world when Adam transgressed against the law of God ; So this law is not the instructions in righteousness in 2 Timothy , but a sin sacrifice law . Jesus Christ was called Melchisedec when he met Abraham in Genesis 14:18-20 , and Melchisedec is the priesthood of faith ( repenting of your sins with a sorrowful heart and believing by obeying the laws of the priesthood of faith ; which are the same laws of the Father ) ; but sin is not imputed when there is no law ( Imputed means : represent something undersirable as being done , caused , or possessed by someone ) . Now let's put it together : Romans 5:13-14 , " For until the law ( law of animal sacrifice through the mediator Moses ) sin ( which the transgression of the law of God ) was in the world ( which came into the world at the transgression of Adam - Genesis 2:15-17 ) : but sin ( which is the ttansgression of the law of God ) is not imputed ( represent something undersirable as being done , caused , or possesed by someone ) when there is no law ( law of animal sacrifice ) . For until the law of animal sacrifice of judgment , which came through the mediator Moses , the God of Israel required all men to live by faith ( which is repenting of their sins with a sorrowful heart , and believing by obedience ) ; through the law of animal sacrifice of the Leviticus priesthood ; you have something on the records books ; which must be carried out ; which is not by grace or mercy ; which comes through the priesthood of Melchisedec . Under the priesthood of Leviticus , there was no recovery for the body for violating some of the laws of God . Finally , Jesus Christ is a prophet like until Moses ; and as Moses he gave the laws of the Father ; and like Moses , the sin sacrifice comes through a priesthood : Moses through works for the flesh/body ; and Jesus Christ through faith for the heart/mind/spirit ; which is required to be accepted by the Father . This is what Moses said about the prophet Christ : Deuteronomy 18:15-19 , " The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee , of thy brethren , like unto me ; unto him ye shall hearken ; According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly , saying , Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God , neither let me see this great fire anymore , that I die not . And the LORD said unto me , They have well spoken that which they have spoken . I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren , like unto thee , and I will put my words in his mouth ; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him . And it shall come to pass , that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name , I will require it of him " ( All that was desiredst at Horeb or Mount Sinai was the ten commandments , statutes and judgments ; which includes all the covenants ) . Jesus Christ himself said in John 12:44-50 , that he came to give the words of the Father , and if you believe not the words that he speaks , the same words will judge you in the last day = the white throne judgement . Shalom !

And hereby we do know that we know him , if we keep his commandments . He that saith , I know him , and keepeth not his commandments , is a liar , and the truth is not in him . But whoso keepeth his word , in him verily is the love of God perfected : hereby know we that we are in him . He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk , even as he wailked . Brethren , I write no new commandment unto you , but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning . The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning " . Jesus Christ is now the sin sacrifice or atonement for our sins , when we sin against the laws of the Father , not the blood of bulls and goats through the mediator Moses . Ephesians 2:8-10 , " For by grace ( free gift - the blood of Jesus Christ ) are ye saved ( forgiven , or redeemed from your past sins ) through faith ( Romans 10:17 , " So then faith cometh by hearing , and hearing by the word of God ) ; which means that you must repent of your sins with a sorrowful heart , and believe by keeping your mediator of faith commandments - Jesus Christ ; which are the same as the Father ) ; and that not of yourselves : it is the gift of God ( Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death ; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our LORD " ) : Not of works ( this works is the sin sacrifice through the mediator Moses ; the law of animal sacrifice ) , lest any man should boast ( most of Israel did not believe that Jesus Christ was the sin sacrifice or atonement , so they continued in the law of animal sacrifice , through the mediator Moses ) . For we ( the one's now under the blood of the mediator Jesus Christ ) are his workmanship ( the Father ) , created in Christ Jesus ( the Son ) unto good works ( 2 Timothy 3:15-17 , " And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures , which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus . All scripture is given by inspiration of God , and is profitable for doctrine , for reproof , for correction , for instruction in righteousness : That the man of God may be perfect , throughly furnished unto all good works " ) , which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them ( 2 John 1:4-6 , " I rejoiced greatly that I found of thy children walking in truth , as we have received a commandment from the Father . And now I beseech thee , lady , not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee , but that which we had from the beginning , that we love one another . And this is love , that we walk after his commandments . This is the commandment , That , as ye have heard from the beginning , ye should walk in it " ) . Jesus Christ is that prophet that Moses spoke of in Deuteronomy 18:15-19 ; that the Father would put in his mouth to speak all the words that was desired at Horeb , or Mount Sinai ; Which is the covenant ( ten commandments , statutes and judgments , and all other commandments ; including the covenant of circumcision of the foreskin through Abraham ) . The covenant is between the Father and the children of Israel ; because only Israel has gone into a covenant with him ; the only nation under the laws of God . The God of Israel is no respecter of persons : But in every nation he that feareth him , and worketh righteousness , is accepted with him , and these people are grafted into the covenant of Israel ; but there is no covenant with the Gentiles ( Exodus 24:1-8 , Psalm 147:19-20 , Jeremiah 31:31-40 , Ezekiel 20:30-38 , Amos 3:1-2 , Romans 2:11-15 , Romans 9:1-5 , Romans 11:11-22 , Hebrews 8:6-13 ) . Moses and Jesus Christ are the mediators ; which intercedes between the covenant people and the Father . The mediator can not change the covenant ; the change is through the mediators laws or sin sacrifices ( Moses through the Leviticus priesthood of works , and Jesus Christ through the Melchisedec priesthood of faith ) . Please read Hebrews 7 ; and it talks about the sacrificial laws , through the priesthoods . Jesus Christ is high priest of the priesthood of Melchisedec , the priesthood of faith . Romans 10:17 , " So then FAITH COMETH BY HEARING , AND HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD . It alway goes back to the commandments of the Father ; That is while Jesus told the young man in Matthew 19 :16-17 , when he asked him what good things must he do , that he may have eternal life ? Jesus answered him by saying : " KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS " ! Finally , who is the mediator of the covenant today ? Answer , JESUS CHRIST THE RIGHTEOUS . Please listen to what he says . Shalom !

The Calvinistic doctrine states that God chose some for salvation before the foundation of the world and he elected the majority He made in His image and glory for damnation before the foundation of the world. Please read on before getting upset thinking that I am misrepresenting the doctrine.
    .
The question I am sincerely asking is, given the above, how can we say that man is condemned because he is a sinner or he had a sinful nature as opposed to man being condemned by the will and eternal decree of God from before the foundation of the world? If unconditional election as per Calvinism is true, how is sin relevant in relation to whether someone goes to heaven or hell?
    .
Let me frame the question a different way. In the Calvinistic doctrine, before Genesis 1:1 and before the foundation of the world God chose a portion of those whom He created in His own image and glory to eternal salvation and the majority of those whom He created in His own image and glory to damnation before the foundation of the world to bring Him glory. That is very clear in Calvin’s teachings:
    .
By the decree of God, for the manifestation of His own glory, some men and angels are predestined unto everlasting life, and others foreordained to everlasting death (Westminster Confession of Faith, III:3).
    .
The Reformed view makes a crucial distinction between God’s positive and negative decrees. God positively decrees the election of some, and he negatively decrees the reprobation of others (Sproul, Grace Unknown, 158).
    .
“By predestination we mean the eternal decree of God by which he determined with himself whatever he wished to happen with regard to every man. All are not created on equal terms, but some are preordained to eternal life, others to eternal damnation; and, accordingly, as each has been created for one or other of these ends. We say that he has been predestinated to life or to death” (3:21:5). “We say, then, that Scripture clearly proves this much, that God by his eternal and immutable counsel determined once for all those whom it was his pleasure one day to admit to salvation, and those whom, on the other hand, it was His pleasure to doom to destruction.
    .
Many Calvinists have tried to soften the harshness of God electing people to damnation by claiming a “single predestination” vs. and “double predestination”. They say that God chooses the "elect" to salvation and leaves the remainder to their own sinful desires.
    .
Let’s examine this stance though. How can one say that God elected some to salvation but did not elect the others to damnation? If you have 4 kids and you decide to leave your inheritance to 3 of the kids how can you say that you did not choose to not give some inheritance to the 4th? Do you think that 4th child would believe you that you did not choose to not give any of your inheritance to them but instead just chose to split it among the other three children? Of course not. It may make oneself feel better but it is not the truth. When there are only two options and one chooses some for one option it means that they chose the others for the other.
    .
If 10 people are lined up in a firing squad and they say that you get to save as many of them as you want and you just get to pick which ones are spared. If you only pick 7 of them how can you say that you did not pick the other 3 to be executed because the same outcome happens when we ask you to pick any of the 10 to be executed? If you pick those three, you chose to spare and save the other seven.
    .
So, back to the original question. How can we say condemnation of the non-elect is based on sin at all? The condemnation happened before Genesis 1:1 when there was no sin. Decision made. Condemnation was made on the non-elect. At the point of condemnation man was not condemned to hell for sin. The condemnation was made before the foundation of the world by God's will and decree.
    .
There was no man created yet before the foundation of the world when God decreed who would be saved and who would be damned. He did that before man, before the fall, and before there was any sin. If what Calvinists say is true God used sin as the excuse but it is not what condemned them. It was God's eternal decree.
    .
I know we, including all Calvinists, believe and know that man is condemned as a result of sin as 1 Corinthians 15 and Romans 5 and so many other verses say.
    .
1 Corinthians 15:20But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 21For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. 22For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. 23But each in his own turn: Christ the firstfruits; then at His coming, those who belong to Him.
    .
Romans 5:12Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, so also death was passed on to all men, because all sinned.
    .
What can we say then about the doctrine of election of some to salvation before the foundation of the world? What about the hundreds of verses where the apostles, prophets, God, and Christ Himself command that man turn from their evil ways and repent? Are those commands disingenuous and fake comments?
    .
If God elected the minority of individuals to salvation before the foundation of the world and the majority of individuals that He created in His image and Glory to damnation to Hell before the foundation of the World, how does man’s condemnation have anything to do with sin?

James White teaches in his Calvinism that God is sovereign over all things even sin.
“The devil, and the whole train of the ungodly, are in all directions, held in by the hand of God as with a bridle, so that they can neither conceive any mischief, nor plan what they have conceived, nor how muchsoever they may have planned, move a single finger to perpetrate, unless in so far as he permits, nay unless in so far as he commands, that they are not only bound by his fetters but are even forced to do him service” (John Calvin, Institutes of Christian Religion, Book 1, Chapter 17, Paragraph 11)
Then how do you repent for sin if God ultimately made you do it?
How do you repent for NOT doing that which you were NOT permitted to NOT do?
You have God making you sin, and later you have God repenting of the sins he made you do to himself.
If the Calvinists are right we don't need prisons. After all God forced the criminal to commit the crime.
A monster in disguise can always be exposed by looking at their lives. Especially if they publish books!
Hitler should have been seen by sane people because he published his intentions in a book. "Mein Kampf"
He spelled out his demonic plan against the Jews and yet gathered a huge following! How could that be?
John Calvin should have been seen by sane people because he published his intentions in a book. "Christian Institutes"
He spelled out his Doctrine of Demons against the souls of mankind yet he has a bigger following than Hitler over his 500 years of tyranny.
Hitler destroyed six million physical lives!

Calvinists believe god created all things, and controls all things, predetermined all things,
and made all things exactly the way they are.
... thus god also created evil.
therefore since Calvinists believe god created evil.
they are blaspheming against the holy spirit ... the only unforgivable sin.
Calvinists also believe the only people who will be saved have been predetermined by god.
and since Calvinists believe god predetermined who will be saved ... they have removed free will - the gift of god to humans, and removed Jesus from the equation.
since god (according to Calvinists) has already determined who will be saved ... (and who will not be saved) ... those who will be saved do not need Christ and those who will not be saved cannot come to christ.
      thus Calvinists are not Christians.

    Wow.
The only time I'm aware of "Doctrines", plural in the bible is as in "The doctrines of devils".
Calvinism is a pretext looking for a prooftext.
If anyone would research the debates between Augustin and Pelagius you would find the origin of what became Calvinism.
We are saved by faith, not works.
Therefore faith is not a work, and you don't get saved before you have faith, and the whole "systematic theology" crumbles from the ground up.
If you are trapped in this ideology please engage your thinking process and find out - for yourself what is true.
Let the bible inform your thinking and not the reverse.

      Right on the money.
Perhaps this may help someone reading this.
      Predestination example 1:
Its kind of like this. A man’s wife is finally pregnant and the couple are over joyed. I hope it is a boy the man said and I hope he will be interested in becoming an electrician like me. I also hope he goes into the trade and if he does, I plan for him to take over the family business some day! But I know that these plans that I have made for him, before one of his days of life begin will be entirely up to my son. I cannot force him, I cannot put a gun to his head, I can only encourage and guide him and hope. In other word’s the man has predestined a plan for his son, He has chosen a plan for his son. He has elected to give all this to his son if he so desires it!
Outcome 1 The baby is born and it is a boy. He is interested in his fathers work and goes to electrical trade school, but drops out and becomes a lawyer instead.
Outcome 2 He drops out of school becomes a bum, a drunk or a murderer etc.
Outcome 3 The son follows his fathers predestinated plan, through trade school and takes over his father’s business. The fathers predestined plans for his son will happen, or will not happen, according to the choices the son makes. Its the same with mankind.
There is a master plan given to every human being to know God, reach salvation and eternity in Heaven. But to follow or reject the plan is the choice given to every individual. This is the "Good News Gospel" that the Angels proclaimed when the Messiah was born. Satan has attacked that message from the beginning, twisting it into what is now known as Calvinism or the doctrine of election.
      Predestination example 2:
Grandma saves and saves to buy her granddaughter a plane ticket to France. She has been saving for many years and the day finally arrived and she gave her granddaughter her special gift.
The granddaughter goes to the airport and asks the attendant which plane to get on. The attendant says, what is your destination on your ticket? He reads the ticket which says “Destination France.”
He also said that flight 446 is a modern jet that was especially built and destined by the airline to fly exclusively to France for its entire service life.
So, this aircraft has been predestined to fly to a predestined location, France.
The girl gets on the plane and is now destined to travel to France on the predestined plane, that has been predestined by its designers, to reach its predestined, destination!
This girl will arrive at her predestined trip that her grandmother predestined years before, as long as she goes to the airport, gets on the right plane and stays on the plane! All this took place by the choices the granddaughter made.
      Predestination example 3:
"The man on an island." Imagine a man has been taken to a desolate island with everything he needs to survive and given only a Bible to occupy his time. This man has no preconceived idea about religion so everything he will learn over the next 10 years he will get directly from the Bible and Gods leading.
The man accepts God’s plan of salvation and what he has learned from the Bible. He repents and is born again.
The Holy Spirit is now counselling the man from the inside. He studies intensely for the 10 years growing in his faith and walking closer and closer with God daily.
After 10 years he comes back to the mainland world and decides he needs to fellowship with other Christians as the Bible says he should.
The man approaches a number of different churches and looks through the windows from the outside and says to himself “What are they doing in there what are they saying about God?
How do you think this man will compare what he knows to be true, from what he sees going on in the mainline churches today?
Do you think he will find what the mainline denominations are teaching will be in harmony to what this true follower of Jesus Christ has learned?
      You know it won’t be!
It then occurred to me that I am that man.
I became a Christian in the winter of 1980 and didn’t go to any church for 10 years.
I studied on my own directly from the Bible.
I did go to some Bible studies, but basically learned directly by Gods leading.
Calvinism is a Doctrine of Demons and apposed to Christianity in every way.

This is how you test a false prophet.
One is not better or worse than the other.
(ISAIAH) Test the Spirit Isaiah 8:20 To the law into the testimony (Ten Commandments) if they speak not according to this work, it is because there is no light (truth) in them.
This is how you know the difference between a false prophet and teacher.
The New Testament is a witness to the Old Testament.
(PETER) The apostle: 1 Peter 4:11 (If) ANY MAN speak, let him speak as the "oracles of God": (Ten Commandments) (If) ANY MAN minister let him do it as of the ability which God gifts: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to him be praised and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
(PAUL) The apostle: 1 Corinthian's 14:37 (If) ANY MAN think himself to be a prophet or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you for the (Ten) commandments of the Lord (not Israel or men) But (if) ANY MAN be ignorant, let him be ignored.
(PAUL) agrees IN Hebrew 5:12 For when for the time you are to be teachers, you have made that one teach you again which be the FIRST PRINCIPLES of the ORACLES OF GOD (Ten Commandments) : become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meet. For everyone that uses milk is UNSKILLED in the word of righteousness (Ten Commandments Deut. 6:25) for he is a babe.
    1. Do you know the FIRST principles of God, as a follower of Christ?
    2. Do you know what the “Oracles of God” are, as a follower of Christ? The Oracles of God are the Ten Commandments, they are synonymous. This is NT!
Acts 7:37 (This is the testimony Steven was stone to death for, he was preaching about the Oracle of God (read entire chapter). 37 This is that Moses, which said unto the children of Israel, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear. 38 This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness (Jesus) with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us (Israel)
(1 Cor 10:4) 39 To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them (the TC), and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt, 40 Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. 41 And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. 42 Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness?
If they do not preach or teach the FIRST principles the Oracles of God (all 10), the testimonies of Jesus Christ, they are false prophets.
(JESUS) IN John 14:15 If you love me keep my (Ten) commandments. (NT) Now you can look back to Isaiah 8:20 in the OT and realize it is a witness to the NT. You can read NT scriptures and realize that the apostles Peter and Paul are witnesses to the same gospel message, repent and turn back to God, and his law.
Do you know that it was JESUS who spoke the Ten Commandments in the O.T.??
I know we don't learn that in church! But it's true.

And we exalt him in his infinite wisdom and power, recognize that our thoughts are not his and his ways our not like ours. Our prayer to even ask God of anything is a recognition of that and furthermore, an awe that we can't fully fathom his ways aside from what he has revealed to us.

A calvinist would pray unto the LORD who answers prayer and is the one who wills and does the work of salvation. He is the one to pray to because of these elements of working of which God sovreignly controls.
Now from an arminian point of view such as Leighton Flowers, God has done all He can do to save, its now up to the individual to accept or reject. Well why does then an arminian pray since its their choice to be saved or not and of whom cannot hear the prayers for them anyways?

Which statement in this video did you disagree with, and upon what basis? Give the time stamp.
You know you didn't even watch it. Be gone, troll.

Yesica1993 You sounds like someone that would like James White. I bet you think Muslims and Christians can worship together like he does.

Generic Guy You are all delusional, look up worldview weekend and Brannon Howse articles on James White and his other buddies. James will NOT debate Brannon because he knows he’s wrong.
