Lifeboats / Dingy's attached to the side of the ship might be cool, and maybe you could put them on the back of the boat where the helicopter was. just a thought
Frantic, you can use the 1 button method on the depth charges, default the button on and connect it the delay and use a not logic block so that when the button is off it sends a signal to release brakes
Hey Frantic, something to consider for this boat. What about sea mines? Make an explosive that will float and that will explode on contact with something, but string them together and run them off the back sides. That'd be something to put on the back end that would be WWII era and something a patrol boat would have. I think the contact sensor would work (there's a contact sensor that triggers if it's bumped and then there's the impact sensor that goes off if it has a change in velocity equal or greater than the set limit.) But the main thing would be some other anti ship warfare means that you can set and use. But couldn't you build either a deeper keel or use the under hull rudders to add resistance to your ship from rolling? If it wants to roll, then you can fight it using the active stabilization you were talking about, but also going down as well. If you use 3 directions to roll then you can get a better/stronger result. A constructed keel would just be like a large fin running a good length of the hull that will try to keep the ship sailing in that direction, meaning it'll resist turning more, but in exchange also resist rolling more. Shorten the width (how far along the hull) the keel is and it'll make turning easier and if you extend it (downwards) then it'll make rolling harder.
You could try making the ship slightly longer and then making it wider by using a trimaran hull, like the Independence-class LCS Also, you can try putting your torps in an S-boat style launcher

I feel like you should put a bigger AAA gun on the back like a quad auto cannon that can double as anti submarine, and anti ship Think of the Quad bofors 40mm
@@freddo5677 the Depth charges either sink the sub or force it to come to the surface when a sub is forced to the surface it can still shoot back (Remember this patrol boat is supposed to be from WW2 and subs/Uboats back then had guns on the top in case they have to surface)
Maybe make the rear Anti-Air gun automatic? Simile to a CIWS. It will help shoot down aircraft when your busy controlling the main gun shooting ships ect.
So, I think the issue with the rolling was cause by the weight distribution. All of your weight on the bottom was in the center, and all of the weight up top was on the sides. So, your ship wanted to reach a balance between the bottom and top weight, which happened to be on the side of the ship. When you added more weight to the sides on the lower deck, it fixed the problem.
You should make a deployable liferaft with a small engine usually if you make a small raft you can put in a box never blow off hatch and then install it into the ship and then it’ll pop out I’ve seen plenty of creations on the workshop like that you should do it to
i really like the ship but if you are going to have all this armament but i think need to make the ship larger and everything will fall into place and look a lot better

Can you put a vertical launch missile system as it's better than reloading arm. Can you also add a radar, sonar, sinking button, self destruct sequence, launchable recon drone, underwater escape hatch with diving equipment, docked escape submarines or RHIB , a tool/equipment room, an armoury, flare launching systerm, smoke launcher, make all the guns auto target & also add a ballistic calculator to every gun. Also use the hire ai feature on the AA guns. Do you think it's possible to create VL - ASROC and mines in this game?

Can't do submarines unless they are surfaced since when the bullets go 1 meter into the water the bullet stops.
