This is SO UNDERRATED oh my god!! It was so fluid!! It was real, it was animated INCREDIBLY!! I loved how you animated Luz in the "herd", I love Eda throwing the staff and Luz catching it on the beat of the music, I loved how Luz was so confident in the sky! God there's just so much I loved in this, the whole fandom needs to see it!

Just showing how awkward of a person Luz actually is through those things alone, I would get it if there were no lyrics. I do love the small screaming scene with Hooty, that animation was funny!! And of course the animation of all those people walking past Luz as the idea of joining the herd enters her mind. How scary that visual is compared to confessing and living the life she wants to live. Then when she finally leaves, and Eda, without even looking, throws her the staff. I like to think she was singing out loud and Eda was just waiting for her to come to that conclusion, go momma Eda! I was expecting Luz to fly straight to Amity’s house but the clouds were so cute too!! And amity’s siblings tackling her to show her what was outside- how adorable!!! I loved this whole animatic, and i love the art style. You kept it simple where needed to be, so the most important parts hit the hardest! And some of the lip singing animations were super good too. This was well done!! Even a year later!
