Ingredients:
Dosa - Makhana - ¾ cup / 1 cup
Sama / Millet - ¾ cup / 1 cup
Water - soak karne ke lie
Hari Mirch - 3
Coriander - ¼ cup
Curry leaves - 2 danti
Sendha namak - taste according
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Tadka Aloo -
Ghee - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Peanuts - 2 tbsp raw
Kadi Patta - 1 danti
Green chilli - 1
Fresh Kata Hua Dhaniya - 1 tbsp
Aloo - 2 boiled
Tamatar - 1
Sendha Namak - taste according
Kalimiri - ½ tsp
Amchoor powder - ½ tsp
Pani - 2-3 tbsp
Peanuts Dhaniya Vrat ki Chutney -
1 tbsp dry coconut
1 tbsp roasted Peanuts
1 large tomato
1 tbsp Dhaniya Fresh
12-15 Curry patta
2 green chilli
1/2 inch adrak
1 tsp sendha namak

नमस्ते यमन जी। नवरात्रि के दिनों में हम सब Lockdown का पालन कर रहे थे। I searched yor channel for Vrat Special Recipe & Found this Dosa. मजेदार, फटाफट cook होने वाले डोसा। We added 4 spoons of sabudana to this mix. We can look upto this item to complement डोसा craving. मुझे थोडा डर था, as Rice flour is added for crispness, but Super Hit.
