    These also only work when plugged in (no battery) . This is my personal experience, yours may differ. PS if you want to buy these make sure the App is available in your country (I had to download using an APK). Also the app for MAC is still in beta so expect bugs/glitches. The windows app doesn't exist yet. Samsung's dex is absolutely incredible with these on. If you don't have the same issues I did I could see these being incredibly useful, especially for gaming. The Screen Is fairly bright and very sharp when adjusted properly.

    I get that too. It's heavy enough to irritate your neck and head muscles. It also digs into your mastoid bone (the bone just behind your ear). The best cure is a folded up napkin between your ear bone and the hook of the glasses, and taking a break from time to time to not piss off your neck muscles.

    Try using it in a dark room, the reason u may be getting sick when u dont with VR, is eith VR theres a sesl to block out light so ur eyes can focus on the internal screen, with this, ur eyes are trying to focus with the kight around u in correlation with the hewdset and depth of the image causing significantly more eye strain.

    Thanks for this video. In May 2023, Nreal was rebranded as XREAL. I appreciate how quickly you provided all this information. Regarding the compatibility of iPhone with XREAL, since the iPhone uses a Lightning port, it cannot directly connect to devices that use the USB-C port for data transfer, such as the XREAL Air. To use the XREAL Air with an iPhone, you would need both the Apple Digital AV Adapter and the XREAL Adapter. Alternatively, you can explore Beam, a new accessory that enables streaming from an iPhone to the glasses. Please visit the XREAl community for more information.

    Perhaps the phone doesn’t have the processing capability to hit a stable 90fps with low latency tracking? Or maybe the screens aren’t calibrated correctly for your IPD

    If you're on the fence on buying these, just be warned, it's really only worth if you have samsung dex or if you don't mind mirroring your phone, the nebula app does heat up your device, and not just normal heat up, at least for me having the z fold 2, it literally hurt even using my phone as the "control" in the nebula app, but using it in samsung dex works fine, normal heat up, so I use the nebula app very minimally, I still do enjoy them, but just giving you a heads up if you want to buy them or not😊

      I have a few things I’m curious about!
      How’s watching videos or movies with these glasses? How’s battery life (if they go wireless as well lol)? Is the sound quality good or do you recommend using headphones? And how’s using them as regular sunglasses?

    it's because they're 60hz and not 90hz like precursor VR headsets & 120hz that most recent VR headsets use. why? because almost everyone feel sick with anything lower than 90hz

    Wow interesting, I have motion sickness immediately after just 5 min of VR, I thought AR is less sickening because I can see the world around me in perfect sync with my head movements... But apparently motion sickness can happen in AR too

    One time I was slowly waking up, I could feel my hand movement but it felt out of sync with the visual movement, and I remember my half asleep self thinking I was using VR hand tracking

    I got them they were awesome w my s 20. Then I got a s 23 ultra and can't get the AR Space to work now. I've turned off Dex and updated them online but Dex will auto load every time I connect them even if I go to programs and shut down dex and click the don't launch button. Still nothing. Can only use them as a mirror screen now

    I would say the issue here is your eyes are always changing focus whether it's to the glasses to your screen or even farther. This is why VR headsets don't always cause as much discomfort as quickly because your eyes have one thing to focus on

  • @milescarter7803
    @milescarter7803 ปีที่แล้ว

    With VR your eyes can look around. With these the screen is in one place and doesn't move*. It's also making you look up, which I find is eye straining.
    *This is good and bad. It's good because the pixels are smaller and the screen is sharper. Its bad because the field of view is smaller.
