OP finding his brother after a decade genuinely made me cry happily for him, I’m so happy he found his brother and I hope the siblings can rebuild their relationship, free from abuse.
Yeah I actually felt a little choked up at that one, I was sure it was going to end up him finding that his brother had died of an overdose or something.
Yeah... I'm not an easy crier, but my cheeks are pretty wet. Maybe it's because I am queer and have faced homelessness and addiction, maybe it's because I met 3/28 of the siblings at 20 years old... but it hit home.
The last one made me wanna cry. A _twin_ reunited with his brother after never seeing them again because of prejudice from shitty parents. Probably a rarity on reddit stories.
it made me sob, im ngl. I have five brothers and I could not imagine the agony op was in. I once lost my brother at an amusement park for all of half an hour and I was in hysterics, I cannot imagine not knowing if your *twin* was alive, dead, or living a life worse than death. I am so happy for him and his family.
I have a little sister and the whole time I was listening to the story I was trying to think about what I would do if I was in OP's situation. Knowing it was a good ending makes me so so happy
I have a twin, he is bi. When he first came out. There were no support for the lgbt in the early 2010s especially the poor ghettos of Vegas. Gay people were not welcome or accepted. He decided to tell me first. My response? "How could you do this to us." Because we were always treated the same. It hurt him because we were always close.i was 14, and Luckily it only took a day for me to turn around.i was right we were bullied hard for it but we faced it togather. My mother was accepting too even if it meant being disowned by her family. I also had an abusive father figure too. So yeah alot of this hits home. Turns out i was fughting my demons too due to social pressures. I love my twin, literally the other half of me he has been with me thick and thin. To be estranged seems so difficult of a concept I'm glad they found each other and they heal.

story 1 - the reason why most youtube crime channels wont cover it is because almost all of them just google for materials and call it a day. with nothing from google, they wont wanna cover it.

I could never kick my child out for being gay. Just the thought of it breaks my heart. I'm so glad the poster was reunited with his brother. God bless them both and the fiance, may they have a long and happy marriage.
if you're a parent and your love has any kind of strings attached, and you're willing to cut ties with your children over something they can't change and didn't choose for themselves, you shouldn't have had kids in the first place. I've got kids of my own and I couldn't imagine just...abandoning them like that. People who do aren't worthy of being called a parent.

I too was separated from siblings when I was 17. My father took me to the airport at 5 am one morning in FL and shipped me back to my mother in NJ. He gave me 1 hour to pack what i was "allowed to take". And told me i was not allowed to wake my younger brothers and say goodbye. He kept all my sports equipment and trophies. My TV, XBOX, and stereo even though my mother bought all of it for me and told me he would ship it (never did). It is a very long story. The third one I can relate to. I have an ex gf. One day, me and my grandma were planning to go to the Asian store. When we got a call from her. She was in tears and scared. As her dad and her got into an argument. And he kicked her out. So, she went with me and my grandma. We drove and shopped for six hours, away from my house. And I tried making her feel better with cosplay shopping. And cuddling at home. We got to my house. And I sat with her and ate a pizza. As we listened to creepypastas. When her mom called and she was allowed to go home. We never said a thing to her folks about us. And they never knew. As I didn't want a repeat performance or law inforcement involved. So, now I have a husband and she does too. And I told my aunt about it. And my aunt said to have protection and karate under my belt if this happens again. My sil doesnt understand why me and my ex are in contact. But, once she gets to know me. I think it will make sense. So, that story hits close to home. As my ex gf and friend almost became homeless because of a stupid problem at home.
00:03:40 uh.... do huwhat?! The cops showed up to let someone know they received a call they didn't know they received because it was broken at the crime scene? But the crime scene didn't exist until after the crime, so .... Huh?
So Billy was killed at an office building around 2-3AM. One of my friends found his body around 6am, and called all their friends so there was a ton of people that went to the crime scene to try to figure out what was going on. When the friend with the phone went to the scene, he saw the owner of the company and threw his cell phone at/near the owner and the phone broke. Then, about a year later, police came to his house and told him that Billy called him either right before or as he was dying. He left a message, but that wasn't ever heard because the phone was broken at the scene and nothing was retrieved off of it

Clean from illicit substances and probably takes psych meds/pain meds after being kicked out and in the military.
He left a message, but that wasn't ever heard because the phone was broken at the scene and nothing was retrieved off of it
@@danatruppiana I appreciate you doing what you can for your friend, and can empathize and sympathize for your experience - I'm sorry for your loss.
Maybe we have a better chance with the TH-cam channel Plunder. She is delightful
