This is actually a really sensible idea. I know embracing your body is a very controversial topic in this community - on one hand arguing that celebrating yourself is vital to get a healthy relationship with ur bod , and on the other being really upsetting and detrimental for those in recovery. Honestly I think that as long as what you wear doesn’t get in the way of your day and hold you back (and looks cute!) that’s all that matters ♥️

I remember some time ago you said in a video that you'd love to make videos about clothes and fashion because you're really into that and you don't just want your whole "brand" to be your eating disorder, so seeing you finally being able to talk about clothes and how you style them just makes me so happy :')

Thanks for this, it actually helps. I would rather hide my body from myself while I get past a hard day than wear something that will allow me to pick myself apart and relapse again. These outfits are super cute. It also feels like giving yourself a hug to put on something comfy and cozy and oversized sometimes 🥰

This video really put into perspective how different eds are for different people. I’m currently recovering from a restrictive eating disorder and trying to gain weight, and I find that I feel most comfortable in more fitted clothes! Goes to show that you cannot compare your journey to anybody else’s, because everyone is different. Anyway, great video Ro and thank you for all of the content you put out! It has been really helpful for me in my recovery ❤

Big fan of the black skirt. Love the sweatshirt idea-so comfortable and great way to express yourself with different sayings or whatever. Jewelry and shoes can really level up a plain outfit or something that might be frumpy otherwise. Love your channel!

regarding the body problematic: i actually don't feel the EXACT need to hide my body. even though on some days i feel bigger and the other days i feel smaller. it's more problematic for me to feel my body...
in the past i struggled with BED which lead to continueous weight gain through out my child hood. later on since i reached the age of 17 i returned to an restrictive ED (anorexia). i'm now in recover but due to both eating disorders i feel like i can't trust my body. this results on the problem that i hate feeling hungry but at the same time i hate feeling satisfied and full. i try to plan my meals through out my day, so that i eat enough. i hate feeling my body because that means, that i have to feel my stomach constantly shrinking and stretching (because of food of course). i just feel constantly unwell and i wonder if this will ever go away

I love my uncle's old baggy jumpers! The one thing I'm having trouble with is getting rid of clothes I really love that are now too small, as it's sometimes difficult to find the same quality and style (a lot are my mum's old clothes) - I find more modern clothes are usually a lot more flimsy.

I found really cute overalls dresses and they help me so much! They make me feel cute and feminine, yet they hide my thighs and boobs (biggest insecurities since weight gain). They are truly amazing! Also, since you can't feel dresses around your waist, it's more comfortable. I tend to feel really bad when I feel my clothes tight on my body. I've gone days without washing my jeans because I don't want them to get tight again in the dryer. So yeah, dresses are life savers.

I have sensory issues and find jeans really uncomfortable but you are right, they do go with everything. If anyone can relate to this and has any tips I would appreciate them!!

I completely get you. Something that helped me: (and this might not be a solution at all but just to know youre not alone). I found that semi loose fit mom jeans are the best fit. Loose but not wide legged. Then i fold and tuck the bottom of the jeans into my socks. That way i feel most comfortable and least nervous by the moving fabric. Also look for the ‘jean fabric’ that helps you most. Mine is a medium thick heavy one as it feels safest. Much love

1:33 are these magpies?? Hahaha random but that's what the sound remind me. They look black and white but in reality their feathers are holographic (purple-blue-greenish).
Also can we talk about how shinny your eyes and hair look?? 💕
