1) My proposal is new converted SG citizens should not be allowed to vote until they fulfill a minimum period of 10 years as citizens. 2) We also need to look into people migrating into SG and subsequently migrating out again to another country, these people are unreliable and they are just gaming the system and using SG as a springboard to other destinations.
