It doesn't become jelly 😁 Frozen my beer multiple times by accident, it's either one of two things at best - 1. frozen to ice, 2. almost at freezing point. One thing that's the worst is when the beverage is being frozen for a lil too long = beer ice explodes in refrigerator 😂

Set a timer for 15-20 minutes. This will chill the beer without freezing it.
I still don't understand why anyone would want to freeze it, it ends up tasting like donkey urine anyway.
