Have you experienced any false alarms? For instance, it starting to go off for no reason? Set off by high temperature or direct sunlight or moving object, draft, moving curtain?

FINALY been using this alarm the one this is how long do u need to charge it i will charge for 7hrs as recomenend but only last for couple of days.... wat em i doing wrong it say would last for about 5day em i wrong...

Maybe you have a defective one - check with the manufacturer

So it fits into a 12V socket but is not powered that way?

It is powered that way but also has an internal battery so it is charged that way too

Say someone broken while you were gone. How long does it take for it to stop making the alarm sound. Will it re-arm itself again.

Purchased on Amazon delivered and followed the simple instructions including charging for the required time, inserted the supplied battery in the remote control and ready for testing. It does not work!! the remote controls nothing. Requested replacement. We'll see what's new...

Junk bro . Remote started burning out batteries in a week. 3 batteries in less than a week can get a little expensive after a while because they ain't cheap batteries and the company won't replace. Pure junk
