- The overview of all points awarded to Italy during the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna. Represented by Il Volo with "Grande amore", Italy scored 3rd with 292 points including nine sets of 12 points.

In my opinion, ”Grande Amore” was the best song of the 2015 ESC. 👍
My 2nd best that year after Russia (Sweden was good but not for more than 4th place)

What a surprise that Greece and Cyprus didn't give points to each other in 2015.

7 points: Moldova, Serbia, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Netherlands, Poland
8 points: Azerbaijan, Latvia, Belgium, Sweden, Australia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Georgia
10 points: Austria, San Marino
12 points: Malta, Greece, Romania, Albania, Spain, Israel, Russia, Cyprus, Portugal
To this day, I still believe that Italy should have won in 2015.

The telephone vote by the public went to Italy by a record number! Italy received 366 votes, Russia 286 and Sweden 279. The fixed jury votes reversed this result and made Sweden the winners, Russia second and Italy third.
The public pays to vote by telephone; the juries are paid to support their favoured act. Jury members cannot remember the last time they actually bought a recording or paid for a download.
No one can remember the winning song. Italy's "Grande Amore" by Il Volo, has been viewed hundreds of millions of times on the many versions on TH-cam. The official video has 180 million views; the official ESC video has 11 million - to mention only two versions. Even the Spanish version has over 31 million views.
All Meditteranean Countries ( exception France ) gave 12 Points to Italy ! 1.) Portugal, 2.) Spain, 3.) Malta, 4.) Greece, 5.) Israel and 6.) Cyprus ! Wondering about San Marino 10 points.
@@LinaMelita This accounts for 72 of the 366 votes. Italy received another 294 from other countries and easily eclipsed Russia and Sweden.
Sweden received 12 from each of Norway, Iceland, Latvia, Denmark, Finland, and 10 each from Lithuania and Estonia.
It is not a surprise that neighbouring countries vote for a particular country. There are likely to be many Italians in the Mediterranean countries and Swedes in the north European countries that I mention. That affects the public's telephone voting. It does not explain how a few dozen "critics" can overturn the votes by the public who have to pay to vote and have to buy the songs that critics receive for free.
It happened again in 2016 where Russia had the most popular song with the public vote and the critics' votes overturned the result.
'No one can remember the winning song' Heroes has 43 million views, every eurovision fan knows him. Its ok to have a favourite, but dont be a bad loser.

Il Volo Grande Amore has 195 million views for its official video and nearly 13 million for the official video at Eurovision. Someone has also posted the official video separately and it has 6.6 million views. Another video of the Spanish version has over 36 million and a video of just the song's lyrics has 7.75 million. That is well over 250 million views on TH-cam. There are many cover versions of the song, too.
The simple fact is that the public vote was overwhelmingly in favour of Italy. It did not win because the jury votes overturned the popular vote. The voting system is corrupt. A handful of jurors can overturn the votes of people who actually paid to cast a vote.
@@thechiel3004 Yep, you are right, but if you sing in English is more easy to get views, try to sing in your own language and to get that numbers that had "il Volo" and then we can talk better! ;)
