We purchased two of these toothbrushes and they BOTH just quit working by the second month. We also purchased the protection plan which also proved to be useless as well. We attempted to file the claim and (annoyingly) had to go back to our Phillips Sonic Care toothbrushes while we wait to hear back from the insurance company which took around 2 to 3 weeks… So we take photos send proof of purchase and go through the motions and we were denied… It was unbelievable so we went back to our Sonic Care toothbrushes which we weren’t unhappy with to begin with… We just saw the ad for these Laifen toothbrushes and thought they seemed great! Unfortunately, turned out to be all hype & a crap product, I wouldn’t wasn’t my time or my $…

The one thing im seeing as a miss with this is that there's no stand or charging base for this. There's just a cable. Are we supposed to lay the brush on the counter to charge?

Was thinking the same thing. They probably didn’t test this in real world.

Flight mode stops it from turning on by accidental touch

Love mine. Got it after my Sonicare died on me. Don’t get me wrong, I loved my Sonicare but I figured I’d give this one a shot as it was quite a bit cheaper and like it said I’m loving it so far.

the one thing stopping me from getting this to be honest is the lack of pressure sensor, these can be very dangerous if your not great at knowing the pressure thats right for your teeth and gums

It’s a 1st gen product. We might see improvements on 2nd or 3rd gen. I won’t throw away my sonicare for this.
