    Once again listening two years later and I'm still blown away by this version. You and Bill did an incredible job harmonizing.

    This is the best version I've heard of this song since Great Big Sea's version!

    My group did a version of this about 20 years ago, with all female voices.

    Love this version of General Taylor! Amazing how you guys have recorded this in separate locations but sound so tight. Love to see you both play live when the plague finally passes. Love and peace.

      Kim Moller (who also performed with us) has already volunteered. We just need a strong bass. :-)

    Jesse I can't believe I never heard you do this before, however I see it was just a year ago you put this one out. As always incredible. Sean McCann with Great Big Sea is my favorite version. Do you have a favorite other than yourself of course.

    • @BardofCornwall
      @BardofCornwall  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! I also learned it from Great Big Sea. I haven't heard many other groups do it, that I can recall.

      @@BardofCornwall I did a TH-cam search and found a lot of them. The Longest Johns were probably the 2nd most popular. Another Canadian I think Fergus O'Byrne sang lead with Alan Doyle backing him up. He was very good. A couple of Acapela Choirs. It was a lot of fun listening to all the different versions.
