Would love to see video of you guys talking as well as maybe graphics that are talked about during the podcasts. Sometimes Tim references drawings or charts or something so I'd love to be able to see them!
After listening to the whole series I’d argue that only INTELLIGENT dragons are bad in biblical imagery. If the leviathan can be god’s rubber ducky then dragons can still be cool 👨⚖️
The serpent on the pole ⚕️represents death to the curse on the first Adam. We all must be willing to die to or first Adam in order to receive the Life of The last Adam.
I'm so impressed with the first 15 minutes. What a well-executed introduction of Augustine of Hippo's philosophy of evil as a privation of good, into which they plug the symbol of the Chaos Dragon for a really strong, compelling image that leaps right out of Genesis. This is how I'm going to introduce the concept of evil to my Sunday school teens from now on. Tim and John do a good job of keeping concepts just technical enough to prevent things from getting too complex, and they do drop a few breadcrumbs as to their sources and inspiration- In this case I suppose I'll eventually have to pick up Walton's Lost World, which I believe has been name-dropped before, along with Sailhamer, who has been glowingly recommended. In the interest of "showing people how the magic is done" I would really love to hear Tim talk some more about his thoughts on important religious philosophers who had strong influence on Christianity and the way that he reads the bible.
I was wondering what happened to the Genesis qnr I wanted to revisit the part on biblical genealogy but I couldn't seem to find it on TH-cam I love all that y'all do at the Bible project and want to grow more in my understanding of the literature
I know it would a different vibes but it REALLY helps me connect with the podcast when their is video. I love connecting with facial reactions and body language to keep me engaged in the conversation. Would you consider adding video of the two of you? Ps. Your content has transformed my understanding time and time again. So thankful for the work God is going through Bible Project.
Strange that anyone would even consider existing forever, they whine about everything and seek to destroy. But also claim God is a silly joke while fearing death 🤯😂🤡
Man I was really hopping to see Tim and Jon conversing! We want a live look!
Same here.

Hi everyone, may the Lord bless you from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic! Thanks for sharing this epsiode!
Can you guys do like a video on what’s going on with Israel right now and why they’re suffering and what it has to do with the Bible?
Why don’t you video record the session? It would be much more enjoyable.

Jesus wanted to break the cycle.
That which one needs to face.
😂 "BTW that was Jesus, not me." 😂
Bondage. Death. Freedom.
God-zilla 😂
