I liked your video. Since I live in So Cal I've been there and it's a great time. We've been having a lot of rainy days so I'm anxious to get out a drive my hot rod. Your video has me excited to dust off the car and. visit a cars and coffee or two. The Grand National Roadster Show of 2023 was a great success and the L.A. Roadster Show in June is another one to look forward to.
Just came across ur video I love it,, Lived in N Cal. for a while around 2004,, Love the state but not all ur politics and restrictions,, Based in FLA.now. got a 32 roadster, full fender ,chev small block., Just wanted to say howdy ,and keep the faith, Roadsters are the Real Thing.....
Kevin That’s your best video yet. I love them all but you did a great job with it. Having been there a few times it was great seeing my SoCal friends. Thanks again
I've got a 1930 Ford Model A Fordor. The engine I'm putting in is a 1968 Ford 302. My cousin ran the number on the block with his smart phone . He says that it's supposed to be from a 1968 Shelby. Is that true .? I don't know. But I do know that I only paid $200.00 dollars for it and that included a small block bolt pattern C-6 and a B&M shifter for it so I think I did o.k. In my youth I cruised that same stretch of P.C.H. many many times. Had a lot of fun with my friends, some sadly are no longer with us.
@14:06 Imagine you are tourist from Here visiting California and instead of homeless people you saw actual California Rods on the Freeway? All that stuff we read in R&C back in the old days was true....
Great Video, Excellent Stuff!!! But am I the only one that wishes this and many others would "lose" the music...Way to overbearing, can barely even hear the commentator. So many of the car cruisin clips etc all over youtube, suffer the same issue in my book. The scenery and the cars etc is all that's necessary 👌 However, thanks for the trip through your lense/eyes. Terrific Stuff!!!
We agree in this scenario. The issue we got into though was there was so much wind noise being in an open roadster. We had to tone the wind noise down and add a little music. We felt if we would have just the wind or silence then it would have been worse. We try to leave the car sounds in the beginning driving our of Laguna Beach and taking off as a group. In some situations we have to add music to drown out background music at an event we cannot control or it is a copyright issue and we will have a video taken down or that section completely silenced. It happened to us in the past even though we could not control it.
@@OpposingCylinders Yeah really...ya kiddin me??? It's a sad world these days when something innocently in the background causes any sort over-reaction. Bloody Ridiculous!!! Thanks for the reply, I truly meant no malice, but upon re-reading my comment, it could easily have been taken that way, 🤦♂️ Thanks for catching my drift, and look forward to more 🤙

We can't wait to do it all again and with one of our cars out there next.
KILER VIDEO!!! That’s what it’s all about right there. One of these days I’m gonna make it to SoCal and take in some shows.
I was there in 2011, plus I visited all the popular hot rod shops, including Gene Winfields shop.

Glad you liked it. Lou was a big help in organizing the entire day. There was so much more we could have shared but we narrowed it down to this.
impressive ride footage. great cars. The '56 Chevy is just right.
I'm in Canada and it's my retirement dream in 10 years to drive my Chevy 55 in California

Thank you for watching. Our editor Kyle picks out all the music. It is all paid for music that can be used for videos like these.
7:19 shout out to the shelby lol
When is next cruising in L A
Didn't show much love for the 46 biz coupe. Just blew right past it.
That was the only time we really saw it. We had 15 or so cars in the group rolling down the highway.
