- Saleem sb is very decent and humble personality. He fully cooperated with me in making this vlog. I am thankful to Saleem sb. He is selling murgh chanay for the past 25 years in this place.He has become a brand as people come here far and wide to enjoy his chanay.

I have eaten many times from this shop .
This shop name is Saleem channy wala .
This shop located back of zaman plaza Hall road lahore .
The taste is average .
But with a mutton boti it's a single plate price Rs 1000/- to Rs 1200/-
Very costly .
The sitting place Very small .
No proper cooling facility in sitting area only a simple fan with slow speed .
Hygienic level is very low .
The channy pot almost on road and all road dirt going inside pot , the shopkeeper covered the pot with cloth but it's not enough to stop dirt .
But people's are eating .
Definitely when this traffic pollution and dirt mix with food it creates diseases and effects human liver and stomach .
Public health is very important and doctor treatment and laboratory test are very costly in these days .
You see food carts along road side and small shops.
These food carts and small shops not adopt / maintain any hygienic measures.
Specially the crockery they used not properly wash .
They put all used plates in a balti and then another balti fill of water 💧 and that's all , no use of lemon max or proper cleaning solution .
And also note that the cloth piece from which the all food cart seller and shopkeeper cleaning the plates .
All these practices creates diseases and specially Crononical diseases which relates with " LEVER " AND " STOMACH "
we have no check on food carts and shops who are selling " MUTTON " channy and " DESI MURGH CHANNY and , NAHRIS and BBQS etc
It is necessary that our food department's check the quality and hygienic level so our public will save from diseases and specially doctors fee's .
Because health is more important .
I have eaten many times from this shop. Very good taste.
بہت مہنگے @ اگر کوئی غلطی سے مٹن کی بوٹی ڈلوا لے تو پھر ادائیگی پے منٹ پہ لڑائی ذائقہ اچھا لیکن --🤥
