Ha ha. Knowing my husband I am surprised too. Either he already did it and I just didn’t capture on camera, or he was distracted by my filming and missed it. The dog had also gotten out of the RV and was running around the rig for a minute before the camp host pulled up. So we were a little distracted. 😆
We do use a water pressure regulator. We have the water regulator in the wet bay before the water comes into the RV. We have found it gets damaged in the elements so we keep it in the wet bay. Not prior to the softener.
Yes, we have a coarse filter (in home) filtration system that came with the Jayco. We also use a water softener (which you see Jeremy set up in this video) and we have a reverse osmosis under our kitchen sink so our drinking water taste the same whether we are in the mountains of Colorado or the swamps of Florida. :-)
dunno if anyone gives a damn but if you are bored like me during the covid times then you can watch all the latest movies and series on instaflixxer. I've been streaming with my brother for the last months xD
I'm surprised no one had commented on the fact that the title of this video of "Setting up our class c motorhome," but that's a class a motorhome. I mean, sure, the steps are the same, but it's very misleading when someone is actually looking for class c.
We most definitely have a class C motorhome. Technically, it is a super C because it’s a heavy-powered Diesel engine. Class C has the engine in the front. Class A motorhomes have the flat face. That’s why no one has made that comment before.
Thanks for your video. We are learning soo much.
Thank you for watching.
Omg, what a view from your campsite. Very informative video. Thanks.
Thank you. Glad it was helpful.
As a Doc, I'm surprised you didn't sanitize the spigot, prior to use.

No water pressure regulator before the softener?

@@RVHomeschool I guess if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, but wouldn’t you want to protect your hose and softener from over pressure?
You need some good quality quick connects
This video is a year or so old. Pretty sure when Jeremy replaced the macerator six months back he did just what you said.
Thank you. Very helpful video. Do you have a filter system somewhere on your camper in addition to the water softener?
