One day that dam will be removed. It was built to run the power plant near by. The power plant been closed for years. This clip will keep memories of the gorge dam.
Yes, Wesley... We are blessed up here to have some cool waterfalls. I've flown many of them this year, but still have a few to go in the local area... They do make a great topic for drone videos :-) Enjoy you holiday as well :-) Gobble gobble gobble :-)
Thank YOU for your viewing support, and I totally appreciate you taking the time out to comment! This entire year has been a huge learning curve experience, and hopefully the videos are getting a lil better each time :-) Thanx again
Drone Ohio ...you can be actually sure, that your vids are really entaertaining and well done...I like it very much...I am happy having you on my list now ;)
I do, it's an Innov8tive designs NL-675. I like to call it "the lego of the drone world. I've been out of the loop for those years, but I'm back now getting everything ready for the spring.
Yeah, with winter finally arriving, I'm focusing on other projects, and educating myself on different things as well. It was this time last year, that I got my first Phantom, and have produced over 100 videos since then :-) It's alotta work, but very enjoyable for myself :-)
Thanx Paivi :-) I've pondered the thought before, as to count how many times I can be seen in each video, and post the number in the description. I can tell you though, you won't find me in this video at all :-) I got outta my way to stay outta the frame, and even do what I can to make sure others aren't in it as well... But some videos, I can be seen in them... sometimes multiple times... I should do a body count... hahaha
hehehe... well, actually, on my to do soon list, is my ugly mug in front of the cam, shooting a closing sequence for my videos... but if you (or the Big Guy) wants to find me on Facebook, you see can all my faces you wanna see :-) Jeff Holbury Sr on FB :-)
Sashimi, no, the Gorge is not a part of the Cuyahoga Valley National Forest. I use airmap dot com when in question of boundries. Welcome to DRONE OHIO :-)
Thanx folks :-) Actually, I think the footage was shot probably almost 3 weeks ago... it was before all the other Fall video shoots... as the leaves in this video are barely changing... it was right at the beginning of the change...
Nice ... hope you had VPS turned off flying over the water. I don't think that couple standing together trying to get pictures was too happy about you shooting them ... They seemed disturbed, but then went back to their own shoot. Lots of nice views. Cheers.
Well that's hardly true. This is a beautiful area well kept and patrolled. Metro Parks does an exceptional job maintaining this historic park. Not sure which side of the bridge you are from but you miss a lot with such inaccurate perception.
@@GaryKiser True, the area itself is beautiful, well kept, patrolled. Summit County Metro Parks indeed does an outstanding job, but the area within a 10 mile radius of this location is rancid and tumultuous. A vile and sardonic testament to a once great commercial metropolis. I'm mostly referring to Akron though. Cuyahoga Falls is alright, mostly....
Akron is not well kept but of Cuyahoga valley national park is! Cuyahoga Falls is where i grew up and a very nice area. Since they took down the water falls for the power plants that polluted the water. When i was a child i played all along this river. I was stuck in the pollution sludge but now its gone and beautiful. Definitely check it out during the Irish festive in Cuyahoga falls in the fall and stay at the Sheraton its on the river as well.
I’ve been here a lot! I love this place ❤ the waterfall and water always made me happy,
I remember exploring underneath those falls when I was a kid. I can't wait to see the river when they remove this though.
I can’t believe I did that too! CF🫶🏽

I love water falls and drones! What a perfect match. Happy Thanks Giving Week.

myself.
John, are you local to the Cleveland/Akron area?? I did pop over to your page, saw some 2 year old vids. Do you still fly that bird??

Isn't gorge on national forest land and is not permitted for drones? I would love to fly mine here, please let me know. =)

Sewer drone
Beautiful footage! Hard to believe this is surrounded by such filth, violence and industrial dejection.

Yeah Cuyahoga falls is decent but that gap between it and Akron is abysmal
Ridiculous and totally inaccurate information.
